Izrazito neugodno iskustvo u kafiću hotela, naručili smo 2 kave produžene i 2 radlera. Čudno nam je bilo da 1 produžena kava koštaja 5€, naravno da prilikom narudžbe cjenika nije bilo niti ga konobar donio. Pozvali smo konobara da pitamo kako to da 1 produžena kava košta 5€, konobar kaže da je to tako kod njih da se produžena kava računa kod njih kao 2 espressa, što također nije napomenu.

Ein wunderbarer Standort für Erholungssuchende, Wellnessbegeisterte und Wanderliebhaber … Piksauber alles ….. so angenehm …. die Lage ist einmalig….. Im Wellnessbereich kann ich eine Massage empfehlen…. Nach 8,5 Std Fahrt eine Wohltat….. und sonst garantiert auch ….. Man kann es im Voraus buchen…. Die kurvenreiche 8 km Anfahrt von der Mautstrasse lohnen sich …. für mich ist der Aufenthalt eine Übernachtung auf dem Weg nach Split gewesen…. Das Hotel hat ein durchdurchdachtes Konzept…. Einzig die maroden Bezüge auf der schönen Terrasse dürften gerne erneuert werden….😁

We arrived two hours earlier than our check-in hour. Because our room was ready they let us go to our room early. It was the summer season and the hotel was quite full. The staff was always kind, helpful, and friendly. We never experienced a problem. We booked the pool and sauna for two hours. Before your stay you need to arrange the pool hour. because the hotel doesn't want to let many people in the pool at the same time for convenience of guests The hotel is so close to trakoscan lake and castle which makes its location awesome. The breakfast and dinner we had was offered as an open buffet. Quite many options. I personally liked the taste of the meals I opted for. There are playgrounds for children in the garden of the hotel. The photos I share are from the surroundings of the hotel.

Bila sam u hotelu 7 dana odlične su sobe,hrana je ukusna i domaća,hotel je uređen,u većini soba nema balkona no to je najmanji problem, lokacija je odlična s pogledom na Dvorac Trakoščan, blizu dvorca je šetnjica otprilike 5k po kojoj bi se bilo lijepo prošetati ,sto se tiče velnesa ima jedan bazen i jakuzi te masaža sve u svemu hotel je odličan i svakome bi preporučila dolazak.🤗

Predobro iskustvo, od usluge, osoblja, hrane i cjelokupnog dojma u hotelu, blizina dvorca Trakošćan još pojačava to iskustvo kao i šetnjica oko jezera koja je dugačka otprilike 5km, sasvim dovoljna da mozete uživati u prirodi ovog kraja. Jedva čekam doci opet, sve preporuke!!
