We spent a truly wonderful getaway at Hilton Preko, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the start, we felt warmly welcomed by the attentive staff whose immaculate service made our stay truly special. Highlights of Our Experience - Exceptional Service: Every interaction with the staff was positive. They were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel like valued guests. - Spotless Cleanliness: The entire property was sparkling clean, from our room to the shared spaces. It was clear that high standards are a priority here. - Stunning Views: Waking up each morning to breathtaking views was a highlight of our trip. Whether enjoying coffee on the balcony or relaxing in the evenings, the scenery made every moment feel extra memorable. Our time at Hilton Preko was everything we had hoped for as a couple: relaxing, comfortable, and filled with beautiful moments. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Несправедливо высокие цены, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак ни о чем, очень мало продуктов. Выселение и поселение занимает слишком много времени. Не рекомендую!

Went for breakfast here on Sunday. Someone needs to tell them how eggs Benedict should look and taste. A broken snotty egg on top of a minute piece of thin bread, some translucent bacon and hollandaise sauce that was barely there is a complete rip off at 10 euros. Quite literally the experience was over in two mouth fulls. And the mouth was never full.! Fabulous location but sorry Hilton, that’s not enough. Get a chef who can cook Eggs Benedict or don’t offer it. What I had was an insult to the dish.

I’ve shortened my review so even more people take the time to read it. 5 Star Service – The Epitome of Hilton Excellence From the moment my family and I arrived at the Hilton Hotel Preko, we were made to feel like true VIPs. The genuine, warm welcome from the team was something very special. Nikolina, Silva, and Drazen at the front desk were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel management, Anita, Zana, Josipa, and Viktor, were ever-present in the best possible way. They were clearly passionate about the guest experience and ensured every aspect of our stay ran smoothly. The hotel had only just opened on the day we arrived. It is stunning, a modern space designed to feel bright, airy, and calm. Our room was so inviting and comfortable, I honestly didn’t want to leave it. Dining was another highlight. With the hotel set right on the marina, the seafood was as fresh as it gets, full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The menu celebrated some of Croatia’s finest local ingredients, and the service was absolutely faultless. Special thanks to Lucija, whose calm, kind, and welcoming presence made the spa experience feel like a proper retreat, exactly what I needed to forget the stresses of a demanding work schedule. And the island cruise with Jakob was Breathtaking!!!. He was born for that role-characterful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the island. This place easily stands out among Hiltons around the world. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and honestly a little sad to go. Everything was excellent — the hotel, the room quality, and the service all met my expectations. I have no complaints in those areas. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast selection, which felt a bit limited for a hotel of this size. Also, the scrambled eggs were often just lukewarm. Aside from that, everything was great, and I will definitely return.

Stayed for 2 nights. Positives - immaculate rooms. Beautiful design and furnishings. Top bathroom and shower. Amazing bed and pillows. Great pool area and indoor pool. Very cool but nice front dining / terrace area. We didn’t eat a full meal but enjoyed some late night desserts and cocktails which were spot on. We know it’s a new hotel so some slight negatives but nothing major - Check in although pleasant, could be better in terms of providing more info on the hotel / amenities etc. Quicker service when outdoor dining and drinks although the waiter with the beard, who you could tell was experience was great! More prominent service at the pool area

A héten a családdal látogattunk el az újonnan megnyílt étterembe Prekóban – nagy izgalommal vártuk a nyitást, hiszen korábban más Uguljan szigeten levő étteremben és Prekoban már jártunk, és mindig pozitív élményeink voltak. Ez volt az első alkalom, hogy ebben az új étteremben ettünk, de sajnos az élmény csalódást keltett. Több mint egy órát kellett várnunk az ételekre, és a rendelt rántotthús helyett tévedésből bárányt kaptunk. Az ételek sajnos hidegen érkeztek, és így nem voltak élvezhetők. Ugyanakkor szeretnénk kiemelni, hogy a személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt, a felszolgálás profi, a környezet pedig gyönyörű és hangulatos. A menedzser fantasztikusan kezelte a helyzetet – látszik, hogy szívvel-lélekkel dolgozik azon, hogy a vendégek elégedettek legyenek. Mivel a hely csak 10 napja nyitott, bízunk benne, hogy a konyha is hamarosan eléri a kívánt színvonalat, és legközelebb már minden a helyén lesz. Szurkolunk a csapatnak!
