Jedi so bile okusne, a sem od treh srčkov, ki jih ima restavracija na strani Vivi (Teden restavracij), pričakoval več. Na strani za teden restavracij so bile jedi lepše servirane, prav tako je bilo navedeno, da meni vključuje petit fours. Petit fours so sicer po opozorilu, da je bil naveden na meniju, prinesli, a ni vključeval vseh komponent. Pohvalil bi, da ima hotel/restavracija na voljo parkirno mesto za invalide in prilagojene sanitarije.

Izjemno domačen, udoben, dobro opremljen dužinsko voden hotel v središču Ljubnega ob Savinji je odlična izhodiščna točka za raziskovanje krajev in naravnih znamenitosti med Logarsko dolino in Mozirjem. Hotel je prijazen tako otrokom kot gibalno oviranim, ima prostor za parkiranje, nudi brezplačni dostop do interneta, sobe imajo hladilnik, TV, balkon in moderno kopalnico. Osebje je izjemno profesionalno in prijazno, tako da je nepozaben dopust zagotovljen!

A true sample of an excellent hospitality. Great wines, delicious food and beautiful hotel, all together with an amazing staff and wonderful service set Planinka on the top of our preferences in Slovenia. Really pleasant and clean rooms respecting all high standards, very gourmand menu but once again, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the hosts - incredibly helpful and generous with their time and warmness.

We decided to spend a weekend at this hotel, as it is also known for its restaurant. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they could not offer us dinner as everything was already booked, obviously by guests who were not staying at the hotel. We went to one of the local pubs for dinner. However, we were hoping that we could have dinner the next day. Unfortunately, we got the same answer - no space available in the restaurant! Strangely enough, they did not think it was a problem at all! We found this very unprofessional. On top of that, there was no place to properly park the car when we arrived. They did not find that a problem either. On the first day, we left early in the morning. When we returned 4 hours later the room was not cleaned and we had no fresh towels in the bathroom. ||||On a positive note, the room was good, pretty big and decently renovated, the bathroom was also good. The breakfast is also good. ||||Overall we were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. If you decide to stay at this hotel, make sure to get a confirmation of parking reservation and also a confirmation of table reservation for dinner.
