Hotel je na jako dobroj lokaciji, sobe su lijepe a najvažnije uredne i mirišu po svježini i čistoći, welness izrazito ugodan i moderno uređen, osoblje na recepciji i u restoranu jako ljubazno i uvijek spremno za uslugu. I besplatan parking me oduševio.

정말 노후화된 호텔 침대프레임은 가죽이 전부 벗겨지고 매우 좁다. 베게도 하나이며 식당 음식도 정말 별로에요

This hotel is super dirty. Dead bug was one the blanket and the carpet was dirty…And i can easily see old parts of hotel which needs to be renovated. Also the hotel’s wifi speed is super slow:(

Be careful as they lock the hotel after 22:00 and there is no entry or exit from the hotel. No one told us so we were stuck outside the hotel. Thankfully there is an emergency contact info paper outside the gates who gave us info on how to get inside. Honestly never been in a hotel before in my life where there is not a single staff member working at night.

엘베 엄청큰거 1개. 건물 뒤에 주차하고 짐이동시 계단 있음. 2층은 지붕층. 방 좁음. 침대는 몸을 턴할수 없을정도로 좁음. 떨어지면 큰일날 듯. 에어컨은 창문닫고 빵빵하게 사용 가능. 변기 물은 한참 꾹 눌러야 함.

We just checked out of the Phoenix Hotel (Zagreb, Croatia). I don’t actually know where to start when writing about the appalling condition of this hotel & I think our tour operator & the hotel are taking the pi$$ if they believe this place to be acceptable for paying customers.||Firstly, the hotel is located around 30 minutes out of Zagreb in an area that looks depressed & with minimal access to other services. The paint is peeling off the exterior & interior of the building. There was mould in the bathrooms & on the ceiling. There is exposed electrical wiring & faulty appliances in many of the rooms, including damaged power outlets.||There is a spa/sauna mentioned by our tour operator & on the hotel website but these were not operating/broken down & looked to have been out of service for some time. The hallways were very poorly lit to the point where visibility was difficult.||When we arrived at our room we discovered that the door was wide open. It was unable to be closed. Given that the room had been cleaned the hotel staff would definitely have been aware of this. When I alerted the hotel receptionist I was told “There is no other room available!”. A clear security issue in anyones estimation.||Eventually another room was located for us at the very top of the hotel which we were given instead. It had only skylights & no air ventilation. The shower was faulty but eventually operated. The furniture was in damaged condition. Most rooms only had wine fridges.||The kitchen chef was observed outside smoking & spitting. Her apron was filthy. We didn’t stay for the included dinner as we weren’t sure of the food safety standards of the hotel & were not prepared to take the risk.||The rear of the hotel looks like a scene from a Dystopian Science Fiction film or industrial wasteland & is visible to guests on that side of the building as a view.||The “positive” reviews of the hotel are clearly written by sock puppet accounts or associates of the hotel in order to inflate their rating. The remaining reviews are scathing & an accurate reflection of this dump. The building should be condemned.

Stay away from this hotel. This hotel grade shouldn't be no more than 2 stars. I checked in with a tour group. Unfriendly staff, smelly (curry) room, extremely slow wifi, no remote control for tv ( management decide not to have remote control in the hotel room), room temperature wine cooler instead of regular refrigerator. I just checked in, and 5 more nights in this horrible hotel makes me worried. I might request my tour company for refund or option to stay at different hotel
