Reception very helpful. Room was large. A bit of noise from outside as out front but not sure windows were totally closed. Lift worked perfectly. Very clean. Lots of wardrobe space. Robes provided. Towels were a bit thin perhaps. Breakfast excellent. Bit disappointed with the religious group, mostly Woman who left a lot of food at breakfast. Five mins to main square. Highly recommended. Hope to return.

This is a good hotel conveniently located about 8-10 minutes to the main square of the city. In fact, the hotel is on the same street, so it is very easy to orient yourself to the city as a whole. The staff members at this hotel are excellent, both helpful and friendly. Thank you to everyone there for making our stay such a pleasant experience!||Pay parking is available at a deck adjacent to the hotel for those who are driving on their holiday. Breakfast is served and there are an excellent number of options!||In spite of the many positive things about this hotel, there is one caveat. The hotel faces a busy street. Car traffic is not a problem, as there are very few cars on this road at night. However, the tram line runs on the street. If your room is facing the street then you will hear the tram at night. We always travel with white noise apps on our phones, and using these we had no issues sleeping when our room faced the street. We used Zagreb as our entry/exit from Croatia, and we stayed here both at the beginning and end of our trip. On our second stay the room was facing the parking area, or inside of the building, and tram noise was not a problem. All things considered, I would not consider this a deal breaker, but if you are a light sleeper then it could be an issue if your room faces the street.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The property was impaccably clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were modern and spacious beds were really comfortable . Additionally the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean hotel and excellent service.

Mycket centralt beläget hotell med parkering i direkt anslutning. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Utmärkt, modernt och välstädat rum. Hyfsad frukost.

I would definitely return to Hotel Park 45. The location is great! The staff went above and beyond in being helpful and kind. The room was clean. The breakfast was impressive. I definitely would love to return to this lovely hotel! I was traveling alone in a new country, and had missed my connecting flight due to a delay in the first leg, so I arrived much later than expected and really appreciated the very helpful staff.

Nosso primeiro filtro para reservar um hotel em Zagreb, era hotel com estacionamento. O hotel fica no mesmo terreno de um estacionamento público. A diária é 20 EUR. Dica: Quando chegar procure a cancela lateral, que dá acesso à parte térrea do estacionamento, pois fica mais fácil para descarregar e carregar as malas.|Ao chegarmos na recepção, fomos extremamente bem recebidos. Duas moças muito simpáticas e prestativas, nos deram todas as instruções necessárias para nossa estadia, inclusive opções de restaurantes e locais para se visitar.|O quarto é de bom tamanho. Como tem o pé direito alto, dá a impressão de maior amplitude. O quarto em si é bem confortável e o banheiro tambeém amplo e limpo.|A localização do hotel é espetacular. Fica numa rua comercial, bem movimentada e próxima da área central da cidade, que é bem movimentada, com muitas opções de lugares para se visitar, bares, cafés, restaurantes e lojas. Conseguimos fazer tudo à pé.|O café da manhã é muito bom com opções diversas, um dos pontos fortes do hotel.|Enfim, nada a reclamar, apenas a agradecer. Se voltar a Zagreb um dia, certamente me hospedarei novamente no hotel.

Excellent hotel! The rooms were spacious and even though they were on the street side, the noise was minimal. The breakfast was a fun selection of local foods and items catering to their international audience. The best part of the hotel experience was the incredible staff. The staff was always helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. They were able to help us with any situation that came up, from needing additional blankets to helping figure out how to get to the Dinamo football game. A must stay!

Perfect location. Surrounded by many shops including grocery, restaurants, shoes, clothes. A less than 10 min flat walk towards the main square. Rooms are spacious and very good breakfast. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too

This hotel is centrally located and surrounded by many shops ie: grocery, restaurants, bakery, cafes, shoes, clothes within 1 to 2 minutes walk. A walk to the lower old town Square would be in 7-8 minutes. A walk to the upper Old Town might be slightly more than 10 min walk. The staff at the hotel are super attentive, considerate and caring. They noticed that my father is 81 so they arranged a room with toilet suitable for someone with mobility issues. Am grateful. Their breakfast is also a good balance. Lots of vege, fruits for a good healthy breakie.

Hotel tipo resort cerca a la playa con buena zona húmedas. Habitaciones confortables. Desayuno excelente. Solo dos peros: poco parqueadero en alta temporada y el ascensor solo llega a medios pisos.

Хотела е централно разположен. Има удобен паркинг. Добър избор за кратък престой. На пешеходно разстояние от повечето забележителности в центъра на града. Кърпите са захобени. Матрака е амортизирин от употреба - имаше вдлъбнатина. На закуска нямаше нищо без глутен и почти нищо за вегани. Беше ми направена забележка, че не може да си налея кафе за из път...🥺

Beautiful and elegant hotel with a perfect location within steps of everything in the city center. Special thanks go to Marko and Lara, fantastic desk staff who offered local recommendations and were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was extensive and the cleanliness of the hotel and common areas was superb. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again when returning to Zagreb.

Odličan hotel za bazu za obilazak Zagreba! Fine, čiste, tople i ugodne sobe. Rituals amenities ali bi bilo dobro pojačati bathroom amenities sa sitnim detaljima. Doručak raznovrstan, palačinke za doručak sjajne! Preljubazno osoblje!
