My stay at Hotel Park 45 in Zagreb was excellent. The hotel is located right in the city center, just next to the Main Square, which makes it easy to explore the city either on foot or by tram. The staff deserve the highest praise — the reception was always smiling, helpful, and professional. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained — cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. The bed was very comfortable, the interior stylish, and despite the location near a busy street, it was quiet at night. Breakfast is a major highlight: a truly wide selection, fresh products, and delicious hot dishes. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. For travelers with a car, a big plus is the on-site parking. Although it comes at an extra cost, it’s worth reserving as it makes staying in the center much more convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money — I highly recommend Park 45!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. Our window looked out onto the street where the tram passes by, which added to the charm of the area. However, if you're a very light sleeper, you may want to keep this in mind, though it's certainly not the hotel's fault. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which made everything feel welcoming from the start. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even the bathroom was larger than expected. It's been a while since I’ve come across a hotel bathroom with that much room to move around. Breakfast was also quite good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

This hotel was a perfect stop for us in Zagreb. Having access to parking right in the middle of the city was excellent. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. Our favorite thing, though, was the included breakfast! It was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time - maybe ever? A huge variety of hot foods, pastries, fruits, and cereals. The staff was constantly refreshing everything.

Fantastic locations, all the sights are within a walking distance. Beautiful rooms, fully equipped. Big parking lot (bit pricey, but very useful), great breakfast.

Ovaj hotel očito ne zaslužuje svoju ocjenu od gotovo 5 zvjezdica jer je orijentacija na kupca nula, pred mojim očima odrasli muškarac u žurbi je ušao na doručak i uzeo 2 mala peciva i kavu dok je iza njega stajala hotelska radnica i gledala što radi, nakon što se okrenuo s hranom rekla je da ne smije iznositi hranu, a ovaj jadnik je stajao i natrpao te peciva da izađe jer ga nije pustila van, a osim toga često gleda mnoge ljude što jedu. Moje osobno mišljenje o hotelu je loše, platili smo dobru svotu za sobu i prozori su gledali na parkiralište, klima u sobi nije radila i kada smo kontaktirali recepciju rekli su nam da će doći, ali na kraju nitko nije došao.

užasna usluga i nesposobnost za rad Nisu razgovarali civilizirano na recepciji, bili su vrlo grubi i nekulturni, a onda kada sam tražio da promijenim posteljinu i ručnike, ostavili su sve jer je bilo prljavo, ovaj hotel po mom mišljenju nije dostojan 4 zvjezdice maksimalno 2

Boravili smo diljem Hrvatske i ovo je bila najgora usluga za korisnike koju smo dobili u svih pet hotela. Na recepciji radi starija gospođa koja je neuslužna i bezosjećajna.

Moja soba je imala dva prozora na stropu, slabo su se otvarali i zrak nije ulazio u sobu. Jako je mirisalo na duhan, a usluga je bila užasna, moja soba nikad nije očišćena, a posteljina nije zamijenjena, ovaj hotel ne zaslužuje 4 zvjezdice.

jako glasno zbog tramvaja posto blizini stanica sobe jako male i zagusleve i ručnike su sive koda njih ne peru imaju miris užasan.

I don’t understand why this hotel gets glowing reviews and caution travelers it is not as good as reviews that are posted. We stayed all throughout Croatia ( 5 hotels) and this was the least customer service focused ~ our trip guide brought them 26 guests and they wouldn’t let her into her room one minute early because that’s the rule even though we all checked in early a day before . There is not one place to sit and read outside of the room and no outdoor space to enjoy. It’s small and has one elevator which takes time. Desk person declined to help get us a taxi for 4 with luggage ~ she said just uber ; in other words don’t bother asking for assistance. I travel a bit and by experience this not a 4 star hotel.

We’ve stayed all over Croatia and this was the worst customer service we received in all Five hotels. The front desk has an older staff woman who is unhelpful and insensitive. A younger staff person is nice but can’t make up for the colleagues inhospitable attitude. The rooms are adequate. We do not recommend this hotel based on our extensive travel experience.

Sasvim solidan hotel, uredan, cist, ljubazno osoblje. Nista posebno wow, klasicno uređenje soba, prostor za dorucak dosta malen, ali dovoljan. Kupaonica prostrana, lijep tus, sve cisto i opremljeno. U sobi smo imali kuhalo, instant kavu, cajeve. Lokacija izvrsna, u svakom slucaju za odsjesti koju noc ugodan. Preporuke
