Mooi net hotel met veel zwembaden (binnen en buiten) en een glijbanen park. Daarnaast ook goed eten (wij zitten obv hp) fitness, winkeltje etc, park aangrenzend om lekker te wandelen richting centrum of sporten. Tip voor hotel: Zwembaden mogen schoner, vooral buiten. Ligt veel prut op de grond 🤔 verder echt top! Wij komen denk ik terug....

Hotel je izuzetan, kako zbog sadržaja, tako i zbog divnog osoblja koje tamo radi, na recepciji, u restoranu, baru, butiku, frizerskom salonu, svi oni vam pružaju osećaj kao da ste kod kuće. Hrana je predivna i raznovrsna. Zato je hotel Izvor mesto gde dolazim vec 15 godina i nameravam da nastavim.

We had a very pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast and dinner, lovely rooms, and great staff. We will definitely be back! The only serious issue was the spa. I booked a lymphatic massage with oils. First, reception couldn’t find my reservation. Then, once I was on the table, the masseuse started rubbing a strong-smelling gel all over my body. When I asked what she was doing, she said it was a mask, wrapped me in plastic, and left the room with the AC blasting. Within minutes, the mask started to burn. I was freezing and in pain, alone in the room, with no explanation. It was unbearable. I came for a relaxing massage and ended up crying. Worst spa experience I’ve ever had.

katastrofa iskustvo dosao sam sa prijateljem u aqva park i nikome ne bih preporucio da dolazi, prvo hrana je ne kosta da se baci drugo kako vidim da sef muci onu decu jos vise mi se zgadi hrana ( mislim na zaposlene-spasioce) lezaljke prljave bazeni imaju mulj pri dnu ( ne bih pozeleo ni najgorem neprijatelju ovakav odmor) za ovu cenu nikada se gore nisam proveo !!!

The reason I give the visit 1 out of 5 is that the Aqua Park was closed and that was the sole reason we booked Hotel Izvor. The Aqua Park was closed due to bad weather which, in Serbia, means 25 degrees cloudy. (In Sweden that is a perfect summer day) This isn’t stated anywhere on either Hotel Izvors Terms & Conditions/website nor the Aqua Parks website. When I asked for compensation they gave us none. Not even a lunch or anything. It was a complete joke how it was handled and we won’t stay at this hotel again. If I don’t factor in the Aqua Park I would give the stay 3 out of 5. It looses one star due to not being a 5 star hotel as it is claimed to be (more like a weak 4 due to its and old place) and one star for not great service. On the plus side the buffet (dinner and breakfast) is really nice and the playroom and playground are great.

Though it is priced like a 5 star, the hotel was nowhere near that (more like 3), and the service has absolutely horrible. My pregnant wife and I stay there with our kids. We got a room where the air conditioning was clearly not functional (80 degrees all night despite working for 12 hours), and the staff absolutely refused to acknowledge the issue. They simply that its sunnier where that room is located and we shouldnt expect it to cool down. When I asked them why its priced the same in that case, they wouldnt even answer the question. Absolutely ridiculous. Typical customer service for this region. Do not stay here.

Bazenska pravila se ne poštuju, nema nadzora u bazenu tako da deca skaču u bazen, prskanje, lopte dobacivanje, čak i podvodno snimanje mobilnim telefonima. Za strarije osobe koje očekuju miran odmor bazen nije osim u ranim jutarnim časovima. Svedeno je na komercijalu ako imaš pare da platiš-sve možeš mimo pravila i kulture. To nekada u ovom hotelu nije moglo.
