Amazing looking place, the restaurant is excellent, the waiting staff is as excellent as the food is, it is properly priced and the overall feel after a visit is totally 5 stars. You can take a walk around the premises which are beautiful and serene and just have a very good time. Highly highly recommended.

Albergo di lusso posizionato dentro un antico castello del 1250. La particolarità è che Otocec significa " isoletta". Infatti è l'unico castello della Slovenia posizionato su di un isola. Ma non è stato sempre così. Originalmente era sulla riva destra del fiume, poi è stato scavato il canale per difendersi dalle guerre con i Croati e poi con i mongoli. Se non vi potete permettere un pernotto ( prezzi da € 182 la doppia fino alla suite € 1.200) fate comunque un giro per visitarlo dall'esterno.

Tenía muchas ganas de visitar este lugar ya que lo había visto en muchas fotografías y me llamaba la atención. Sin duda es uno de los lugares que no decepciona.||El castillo está muy bien conservado y el entorno es idílico. Rodeado de un río se accede a través de un puente. Una vez dentro es un castillo pequeño pero coqueto y sin duda es imprescindible tomar un café con algún postre en la preciosa terraza interior. ||Un lugar al que volver.

Castello nel bel mezzo di un isola su un fiume circondato da vegetazione e cigni. É un Posto incantevole e abbastanza facile da trovare. Ben tenuto e molto elegante. Interessante anche la sua storia. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Il castello non è visitabile all'interno dal momento che è un hotel/ristorante. Consigliato.
