Waited for half an hour in front of a dirty table. After the waiter finally arrived we were blamed for waiting because we sat behind this dirty table - WTF?! Maybe the table shouldn’t be dirty for half an hour and maybe we should go somewhere else to grab an afternoon coffee.

Prijazna, hitra postrezba. Ne vem sicer, zakaj ni na meniju vec orehovih palacink (menda so posodobili meni), a so pistacijeve odlicne. Upam, da se orehove vrnejo, ker boljsih nisem jedla nikjer. Bom vesela odgovora s strani Evrope😊

Ob vsakem obisku vidno strmo vpadanje kvalitete na vseh področjih. Po 20 minutah čakanja, nam je končno uspelo naročiti, natakar Janez je naročilo vzel brez pozdrava, vidno je bilo tudi, da smo mu gostje očitno v breme. Mogoče pa imamo takšno srečo samo bivši delavci hotela. Kakorkoli, sigurno ne pridemo več. Svoj denar raje nesem nekam, kjer se delavci zavedajo, da so denar, ki ga prinesejo gostje, njihove plače.

On our vacation we came to sit outside with our 2 years old son. He had ice cream and he lost his spoon. We ordered drinks for all of us (and also wanted food for later) and I asked politely for a spoon for him. The waiter told me that we can’t do this: to come sit with the ice cream that was not bought at their bar (I didn’t even knew they serve ice cream). I asked him if he wanted us to leave and he was quiet and letting us know with his body language that his answer is yes. So I said ok, we are leaving and that this has not happened to me anywhere else (he just said: “that’s the way it is”). I am really disappointed, specially because this was suppose to be a 4 star hotel. You will never see us again and sadly a lot of Slovenians also have a bad experience here...
