A great hotel with comfy beds. Perfect location to access and walk everywhere. Note that hotel parking lot is offsite 1 block away as the street is walking only.

This is in the center of everything. Right in the heart of the city. Caution though, the stores around the area hike their price on things. The hotel is great and the staff are very nice. I havent tried their breakfast yet, but I heard it is good.

We stayed in june, the front desk was very helpful. We did have an (apartment ZG in Zagreb)....booked on the other side of town that night but with poor communication...and they also charged us for not sleeping there).......We waited for door pass code, which they sent at 9.30pm at night). We had two kids (under the age of 4yrs old) and could not wait past 7pm, they were super tired from traveling all day. We rang hotel Dubrovnik, to see if it had rooms and they took us in straight away....Amazing find, and they put us in a room for a family, and made up one bed for kids, right away. Very helpful indeed and the breakfast in the morning was delicious, too. All the staff were happy, accommodating & friendly. Thank you for helping us so last minute. We will be back to hotel Dubrovnik and no more apartment stays, in zagreb for us!!!!!

The reception area is very clean and modern and thats the only good points off this Hotel. The rooms are dark and tired. Everything at the breakfast is cold ( bacon, sausage egg, etc) only one domestic toaster for the whole of breakfast area and only 2 of the slots in that working. Shower over the bath, towels are very worn and thin. house keeping poor all they did was empty bin an make bed.

Nur eine Nacht hier verbracht für einen Zwischenstop auf der Durchreise nach Griechenland. Sehr sauberes gut gepflegtes Hotel super freundlich Im Kundenumgang super zentrale Lage in Zagreb. Sehr ruhige Zimmer ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und bin top erholt aufgestanden!. Sehr empfehlenswert!. Da auch das Frühstück 🍳 sehr lecker war ^^ ich habe auch heute wieder eine Nacht für meine Rückreise nach Deutschland 🇩🇪 hier verbracht! Absolut empfehlenswert! Deshalb auch volle 5 Sterne 🌟.

The service is great. Amazing breakfast! But the single rooms are not as portrayed on www.booking.com photos! I would leave a video, but don't know how. If needed then reply and I will send it to you personally, so you can make sure what I am talking about. And I had to pay so much extra money so I could get larger room.

must say I was a bit disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Finding the parking was quite challenging—unfortunately, we were given incorrect directions and ended up stuck behind a tram in the nearby square. We eventually figured it out, but the entrance is not easy to locate, especially when arriving with a baby.||Upon arrival, traveling with a 13-month-old, we were told that the kitchen would close in 20 minutes and that no food could be served. Luckily, we found a nearby restaurant at 10:30 PM that kindly offered takeaway.||The breakfast buffet was rather underwhelming—not much variety or quality.||The room itself was pleasant, but the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the shower handle had visible mold, which was disappointing.||Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.
