In general this is a great hotel with great services and foods. Very nice sea views!! Only issue is the lift lobby on 1st floor which we stayed has an odd smell and my toilet has a little smell too.

Leider nur vier Sterne, da aktuell der Strand geschlossen ist. Auch der Aufzug zum Strand ist außer Betrieb. Man konnte dann die Treppen nehmen. Dann dort aber keine Liege und ode Sitzgelegenheiten. Anonsten alles super.

Fabulous 5 star hotel just a short walk outside the old town. The view is magnificent as you walk into reception. The staff are so prompt and Ivana welcomed us after our flight and made sure an employee would take care of our car. We were kindly upgraded to sea view room, being it was our honeymoon. It was gorgeous waking up to it every morning. The rooms were excellent - comfortable beds and linen, quiet, great selection of Nespresso coffee and it was topped up everyday. There is a good mini bar too. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. A huge buffet and a choice of hot food to order. I looked forward to it every day.

Location: equidistant from Old Town, Lapad and Gruz, so very convenient. Rooms are premium feel and the spa is nicely presented. They can give you a lift to Excelsior which has a bigger pool. Beach was closed unfortunately due to rock falls which can't be helped. The breakfast is a buffet with options to order meals. The buffet is enough and can fill you up for the day. Such wonderful food! And the view from the balcony really is worth paying extra for.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Dubrovnik. The location is perfect (above a quiet bay with private beach), only 10 minute walk to Old Town, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was delightful. What really sets this hotel apart though is the service - every single person at the hotel was so pleasant and thoughtful. Even after we left, I remembered that I had left something in my room and the hotel mailed it to me without any issue. So appreciate the wonderful hospitality and follow-through!

What a fabulous hotel! Location was great (on a beach and about a 15 minute walk from the old town). The decor is very serene and calm. Staff were all so friendly and professional, the room (we stayed in 209) was fairly small but comfortable and had: a great bed, lovely bathroom, ample closet space, a Nespresso machine, a balcony with beautiful views. There’s a modest gym and indoor pool. The terrace for cocktails was lovely and breakfast was really very good too. The beach was unexpectedly closed - which was a shame - when we visited. Overall a wonderful hotel that I’d love to return to.

Cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Firstly the location, it's on a beach, but a 15 minute walk from the old town. Can't beat the location. Secondly, the staff. All of them were incredibly helpful. We had an issue with a screaming baby in the room above and while there's nothing you can do about selfish parents, the staff did what they could to help us and were very understanding. The room was brilliant, not massive but big enough, and the views are spectacular. The restaurant is brilliant and breakfast is so tasty. I loved every second of our short stay at the Bellevue.
