We spent a week here with my partner and our 10-month-old son, and we were very disappointed!!! I do not recommend anyone to come here with a child under the age of 3! Unfortunately, it is really not child-friendly. There isn't a single changing table in any of the restrooms. The rooms are not designed in a way that would allow for diaper changes anywhere other than the bed. Used diapers can only be thrown away inside the room—signs above the closed bins in the hallways explicitly prohibit disposing of diapers there. Baby food can only be heated in the restaurant, but in 4 out of 5 cases, this request was denied. Some staff members claim there is no microwave, while others are willing to help. The air conditioning doesn't work—according to what we were told, only 1 out of 4 rooms had functioning AC, and even there, it couldn’t be adjusted. In our room, it made a loud rattling noise but didn’t cool the air at all. Our room was clean, but run-down and outdated. The soundproofing is terrible—you can hear the noise from the pool (kids’ pool) during the day and the hotel’s children’s entertainment program in the evening from 8 to 11 PM. This often turns into a loud, thundering noise fest by the end of the night. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone with a child under the age of 3! Egy hetet töltöttünk itt párommal és 10 hónapos kisfiunkkal és nagyot csalódtunk!!! 3 éves kor alatti gyerekkel nem javaslom hogy bàrki is ide jöjjön! Sajnos nagyon nem gyerek barát. Nincs egy pelenkázó lehetőség se semelyik wcben. A szobákban sem olyan a kialakítás hogy az ágyon kívűl máshol megoldható lenne. A használt pelenkákat kizárólag a szobában belül lehet kidobni a folyosókon kihelyezett zárt kukák felett kiírás tiltja a pelenkák kidobását. A bébiételek kizárólag az étteremben lehet megmelegíttetni de ezt rendszerint 5/4 alakalommal elutasítják mert bizonyos személyzeti tagok tagadjàk hogy lenne mikro míg mások készségesen megmelegítik. A klíma nem működik elmondások alapján 4ből 1 szobában ment de ott se lehetett állítani. Nálunk nagyon hangosan zörgött de nem hűtött semmit. A szobánk tiszta volt ugyan de lelakott és elavult. A hangszigetelése olyan rossz hogy felhallatszik a strand (gyerek medence) zaja napközben, illetve este 20-23ig tartó hotel által nyújtott gyerekeknek szànt szórakoztató műsor. Ami rendszerint estére átcsap dübörgős ordítozós hangzavarrá. Összességében 3 év alatti gyerekkel nem ajánlanám senkinek hogy ide jöjjön!

I had a great experience overall. The service was excellent, the staff were always polite and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, and the food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

There is a lot od things to do. Activity team iz great (Mohamed, Helena, Katarina, Ana, Bea). Every day they try to make fun for us. Mini disco iz great for the kids.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand. Zimmer sind OK. Das Essen ist echt nicht zum empfehlen.

Una bella sorpresa,accoglienza professionale,camere pulite e dotate di tutto, un buon all inclusive,ampi spazi puliti e curati,spiaggia dotata di varie scalette per entrare in mare, cibo un po’ ripetitivo ma ci si adatta senza troppi problemi. Spettacolo serale per i bimbi, bar in pineta con stuzzichini e bibite varie. Cortesia e tranquillità sono stati un toccasana per tre gg. E’ il secondo hotel che abbiamo scelto della stessa catena e siamo stati fortunati. Buona qualità e prezzo. E’ un po’ stile anni 80 ma è tenuto molto bene. All’interno anche una piccola sala giochi.

Dolazim ovde vec 4 godine s porodicom, hrana je najlosija ove godine. Sve pohvale za momke na peskirima, i za devojke animatorke. Posebno za Helenu koja je veoma ljubazna i predana deci i za Jelenu koja radi na koktelima.

Great animation team and fun activities! I loved the stretching sessions with Helena – they were relaxing and a great way to start the day. Aqua gym with Mohamed was so much fun, with great music and lots of energy. The animation team was super friendly and made every activity enjoyable. Thank you for a great time!
