This is not a good hotel to stay at. There are no staff around after 10pm either to let you in or in case of emergency.

We arrived on 26th July in the afternoon. ||It was 34 degrees Celsius.||We checked-in and paid, and were then given room 101. ||||The room did not even slightly resemble *any* of the photos we referred to when booking, and was, in effect, uninhabitable||||The mobile air-conditioning unit did not seem good enough for the weather and was very noisy.||||* The ground floor window looked right onto the courtyard meaning that we would have had no privacy, and no security with the window open overnight. ||||In short, you *could not* sleep in Room 101, with the choice of either a very noisy, ineffectual air-conditioning unit, or, zero privacy & security.||||We stayed in the room for 15 minutes, then asked reception to move us to another room.||They were unable to do this, so we requested a refund. ||They were not able to authorise a refund, so we left. ||||We had to find another hotel for that night.||||Avoid / STMFD

El personal muy bueno y agradable, pero la habitación que en teoría tenía de todo, se quedó en una habitación individual con cama doble, escaleras para ir al lavabo, un triste ventilador como si fuera aire acondicionado, y ninguna ventana para poder airear la habitación, pero eso sí, el precio era el mismo que las que tenían aire acondicionado , mini bar y habitaciones realmente dobles, con su terraza al exterior

We stayed for three nights and had a room on the ground floor. The room was very small and only had one narrow window, but it was ok as we were always out, exploring the city and interesting sites nearby. It was very hot in July and the room doesn't have a fixed air conditioning. But we got a mobile air conditioner that worked fine. The staff is super friendly and even turned on the AC one time when we were out, very thoughtful. Breakfast was ample and good, there's also a great, inexpensive restaurant next door ("Das ist Walter"). All in all, I would recommend the place, despite the small rooms.

不錯，由火車站走來大约十到十五分钟，不難找。走五分鐘就有超市。走十至十五分鐘就到市中心。房間清潔，早餐不錯，員工很有善。酒店旁的餐庭食物及服務也不錯，可以一試。

La struttura si presenta molto pulita, accoglienza ottima da parte del personale, posto per la moto Ok. Colazione buona, in un locale interrato, decisamente piccolo. La nostra camera, veramente piccola, con bagno e lavandino tanto piccolini, purtroppo era attigua la reception, quindi alle 6,10 il personale addetto a preparare parte delle colazioni, inevitabilmente ci ha svegliati. Difficilmente ci tornerei.

Ottimo hotel distante 10 minuti dal centro di Lubiana in una zona tranquilla con alcuni posti auto gratuiti adiacenti. Camere pulite, colazione abbondante e staff eccellente.

Room was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed in it. The staff was amazing and so nice to us throughout the whole stay, even when we were booking the room they replied to E-mails within an hour and the process of booking the room was so easy! Would really recommend staying at this place.
