Worst 4 stars hotel I've ever been. I've made a reservation for a superior room with a big bed for one person, and when I arrived there, they gave me a small room with a single person bed, sticked to the wall. I've asked for the room that I have paid, and they gave me a room with a big bed, but with a horrible smell of cigarette smoke inside. Once again, I went to the reception, and the guy encharged there, very upset, asked me to follow him in order to see another room Finally we found an acceptable room, but the hotel is not 4 stars at all. It's smelly, dirty, used. The shower experience was awful also. My advice is to avoid this hotel.

Lot of free parking areas. Friendly and helpful customer service. The view of hotel was really nice. Breakfast was delicious and it included several tastes to eat. Room's fitting was below the average.

Hotel molto ben curato, ma talmente a posto da sembrare un ospedale!|Camera con finestra non apribile e quindi caldissima, nonostante aria condizionata.|Molto distante dal centro.|Colazione accettabile.|Pranzo e cena da mensa con poche pietanze e ripetitiva!|Posto da consigliare solo in inverno per chi ama sciare, le piste entrano quasi in hotel!
