The hotel is clean. I guess my biggest issue was that the air conditioner really didn’t cool the room very well. I had friends staying in the hotel and they had the same .The rooms are large. The bed was a king bed, but it was very hard. Bathroom was also large and clean. Hotel is very centrally, located with many restaurants and bars right on the same street with walking distance. The breakfast had a lot of assortment with fresh fruit and anything you can think of. It was average. I guess I could just give this hotel three out of five. Nothing very endearing or special, but not terrible in any way shape or form.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral – die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in direkter Umgebung, was die Lage besonders attraktiv macht. Das Frühstück war äußerst vielfältig und lecker – hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr freundlichen Damen am Empfang, die den Aufenthalt durch ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit noch angenehmer gestaltet haben. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die hoteleigene Tiefgarage – gerade in zentraler Lage ist ein sicherer und bequemer Parkplatz Gold wert. Die Einfahrt ist gut zu finden und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind großzügig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Teppichboden im Zimmer – dieser wirkt etwas veraltet und ist aus hygienischer Sicht nicht ideal. Insgesamt aber ein sehr guter Aufenthalt – ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Zvala sam u vezi obavljanja stručne prakse u odjelu hrane i pića rekli su mi da će mi se javiti pošto osoblje nije bilo sigurno i kada sam ja opet ponovno nazvala rekli su mi kako ne primaju u taj odjel već godinama da bi saznala od jednog kolege iz škole kako su ga prihvatili kao praktikanta.

Ukoliko se ikad nađete u nedoumici oko vlastitog vjenčanja - samo pogledajte Hotel Academiu i više nedoumice nema. Preko noći i traženja sale za vjenčanje naišla sam na prepozitivne recenzije za Hotel Academiu. ne postoji nešto što nije štimalo , od ogtanizacije , konobara, hrane, kolača, torte, slatkog stola, izgleda sale i najvažnije od svega , truda da mladenci zaista uzivaju u svakom trenutku🤗 Nikad, ali nikad u snovima nisam mogla vjerovati da će mi se svadba održavati u samom centru grada , hotelu s iznimnim vodstvom i organizacijski savršenom gospođom Renatom ( omogućila nam je sve, a onda još i malo više). Na tome joj neizmjerno hvala jer je jednoj mladenki smanjila bezbroj muka. 🤗 Ne postoji dovoljno riječi kojima bi opisali koliko smo sretni i zadovoljni našom svadbom :) a također i naši gosti. Najveći strah je bio hoće li biti dovoljno hrane jer smo ipak Zagorci - koji u ovom slučaju stvarnoo vole jesti - ali ni u jednom trenu nije nedostajalo ništa. Hrana je, svaki dio večere , pun pogodak! Konobarima čista 100 te bi ih svima također preporučili, jer su stvarno pazili na sve! Kolači i torta i voćni stol ( koji su također u ponudi (big win)) su izazvali oduševljenje svih , još jedna velika preporuka (pogotovo cheesecake i ledeni vjetar, otpuhali su sve😁) O sobi da i ne pričam! 🤩🤩🤩 Naše najiskrenije preporuke za hotel Academiu - moje snove o savršenom vjenčanju je ispunilo 😊

Muy lindo hotel, desayuno abundante, habitaciones muy comodas con accesorios extras que aprecie: bata, chinelas. Muy atentos en la recepción. Sale directamente a la calle principal llena de restaurantes. Caminata agradable hasta la plaza principal.

Super Lage, direkt bei der Fußgängerzone zur Innenstadt, sehr netter Hotelservice, sehr freundlich. Hotelsafe ging nicht, Reparatur innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Frühstück in Ordnung, alles da. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend Platz. Tiegaragenplatz falls Auto. Zimmer leise, obwohl zur Hauptstraße und Pizzeria unten drin. Preisleistung stimmt. Fazit...jederzeit wieder.

Coming regularly to Zagreb, but this was my first stay in this hotel… Nice spacious room, receptionist extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast very good, fresh fruit, wide choice… very tasty The location is perfect on the edge of pedestrian zone… Parking easy in the park house under the hotel! Definitely can recommend!

Esperienza molto negativa. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza attraverso un sito di prenotazioni con la condizione di pagare nella struttura. Appena arrivati hanno preteso il.pagamento in anticipo al check in. La stanza assegnata al terzo piano ha avuto sempre problemi: il primo giorno prima l'impianto elettrico e poi quello idrico non funzionavano (dopo un giro per la città volevamo fare una doccia, ma non è stato possibile) Per la risoluzione del problema hanno preteso che il cliente salisse e scendesse alla reception. Inoltre il climatizzatore è stato bloccato a 19 gradi e non è stato possibile aumentare la temperatura ma abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo. Il secondo giorno la card per entrare nella camera non funzionava; hanno risolto questo problema ma di nuovo l'impianto elettrico della stanza non funzionava ed il problema non è stato solo della nostra camera ma di tutto il piano. I clienti uscivano dalle stanze preoccupati anche perché ad un certo punto è calata la sera. Anche dopo l'apparente risoluzione del problema qualche volta l'impianto è saltato lasciando la stanza al buio. Nessuno dello staff ci ha informato prima dei vari problemi che l'hotel stava avendo da giorni ( come ci è stato riferito solo dopo) nè ci ha chiesto scusa. Hanno detto che forse la causa è stato il sovraccarico perché l'hotel era al completo. Da un hotel 4 stelle queste giustificazioni sono ridicole. Sconsigliatissimo insieme ad una città completamente invisitabile perché tutti i monumenti non sono aperti al pubblico. Zagabria...no no no.

Wunderschönes, modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage! Die Altstadt ist in nur 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker, mit einer vielfältigen und reichhaltigen Auswahl. Falls ich wieder nach Zagreb reise, würde ich mich definitiv erneut für dieses Hotel entscheiden. Praktisch ist auch das hauseigene Parkhaus mit direktem Aufzug ins Hotel.

Very good location. So easy hung out with friends at night. You can get anything you want around the hotel. Price is bit high but breakfast is very good
