Stayed here 40 or so nights between Feb and July 25|Excellent hotel. |Breakfast/pillows/ bed/ general standard of hotel exemplary. |Special note to the staff. |Doormen, reception and breakfast staff are the best I’ve ever encountered. Efficient, welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all of you it makes a real difference

We loved staying at this hotel. We were always greeted with a smile from everyone at the front desk and of course from Ivana, the host at breakfast, who was happy and full of energy. She made our mornings! ||The hotel location proved to be ideal for exploring the city. The hotel is about a 10 mins walk from the temple of Sava, about 20 mins walk down to the waterfront by way of Kneza Milosa street and about 25 mins walk to the fortress by way of the old town. ||We ended up eating one evening at the hotel's ground floor restaurant. Guided by our fun waiter-Igor, we enjoyed some Serbian cuisine including the delicious cheese pie, kale rolls and peppers. The second evening, we dressed up a little more to enjoy dinner up in the Sky Lounge on the 8th floor. Our server- Melissa, was so good that she remembered the exact wines and sushi dishes that we had eaten on our second evening there. ||The view towards the fountain and down the street from the outside bar area on the 8th floor was also an experience we enjoyed. We will certainly return to this hotel, if we come back to Belgrade.

After some time, I came back to Hilton Belgrade for 3 nights. I truly believe this is one of the very best hotels in belgrade. I have stayed at many Hilton properties in Europe and north America and I can say...well done belgrade team. Extremly clean and well kept hotel. But the most impressive part is the team. From walk in to check out everyone was great. This team can teach many other Hilton properties and other chains what is a 5 star experience. Fantastic hotel with great location and super team. Thank you. I already booked my next visit at the end of July. See you all again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location is prime, about 10.minute walk to the eepublux square and same distance to the St. Sava church. Short drive every where. The king exec room was larger and spotless clean and we had Access to the liunge which was very nice. Service from all personell at the front desk, breakfast and house keeping was very very good and always a companies with a smile. I want to particularly mentioned Mr. Arandjel Pavlovic the concierge as being extremley helpful with great recommendations for restaurants etc.|Overall, very professional staff.|We had a wondeful stay and I can for sure recommend the Hilton.

Ocena se odnosi na bastu hotela. Ambijent je prijatan, mada je basta ogradjena zgradama sa svih strana pa deluje malo klaustrofobicno. Konobar iz Kenije je ljubazan i dobro se snalazi. Kapucino fredo je osrednji.

My experience with the HR representative at the hotel was horrible. The young woman working in the HR department displayed a high level of unprofessionalism. She showed a clear lack of basic communication skills and courtesy expected in a hospitality environment. It’s truly unfortunate to encounter such behavior in a position that should prioritize professionalism and respectful interaction.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Hilton Skylounge – sadly not the first time.||I came dressed sporty-casual, clean and appropriate for a rooftop bar. I asked for a table for myself and five friends. The hostess, arrogant and downright rude, immediately asked if I was a hotel guest. When I said no, she told me I wouldn’t get a table because of how I was dressed. If I were a guest, it would be fine — but as an external guest, my appearance was suddenly a problem.||This is blatant discrimination, arrogance, and a complete disgrace for a brand like Hilton. Clearly, some staff believe that basic respect and hospitality only apply to hotel guests.||We went to the rooftop of the Metropol Palace instead — excellent service, friendly staff, and no problem with my outfit. Hilton should seriously reconsider who they hire to represent them.

Ottimo albergo, recente, posizione centrale, camere ampie e comode, ristorante ottimo, eccezionale la prima colazione. Prezzo in linea con la categoria dell'albergo. Il personale alla reception estremamente gentile e preparato. Consigliato sia a chi va a Belgrado per affari (il governo, parlamengto, ministeri sono nella stessa zona), sia per chi vuole visitare Belgrado da turista.

A nice restaurant with a bar and a great view. The atmosphere and vibes were better than at other Hiltons. Prices were reasonable.
