Sve super, ali smo gostovali izvan sezone. Doručak bez mogućnosti izbora. Vjerujem da smo došli u sezoni da bi bio švedski stol, ovako mala zamjerka.

Il proprietario dal comportamento apparentemente burbero sa dimostrarsi cortese. Le camere sono pulite ma gli arredi leggermente datati. Colazione varia e abbondante.

The rooms were clean BUT ...Hospitality rules would require that one would feel welcome and not be treated as inferior at check-in. An occasional smile would also be appreciated. ..As a non-smoker, I appreciate that smoking is not allowed at the balkonies ( as the proprietor didn't bother to separate the balconies properly). I would further appreciate, though, not to be intimidated by a 200 euro fine and on repeat that I would be expelled from the hotel if I were to smoke at the balcony ...I would like to be able to drink my coffee from the cup without a plate and not get insulted by the manager for doing so. ... It is also considered rude to unplug the coffee machine while I brew a coffee even though the breakfast time passed a few minutes ago. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Rude and unpleasant owner during all interactions with him - eg check in and breakfast. Really bossy, controlling presence constantly talking about rules...This is coming from multiple travellers of my group. The infrastructure and services of the hotel are satisfactory, but the guy’s attitude does not worth the impact to one’s mood and vacation time.

Zimmer waren nicht Sauber. Getränke vom vorigen Besitzer am Balkon. Bettzeug hat gestunken. Parkplätze waren Mangelware.

Motorradgruppen nicht Willkommen!!!!!!! Vorweg muss man sagen, dass die Zimmer in Ordnung sind , dies honoriert man allerdings auch mit dem für Bled üblicherweise etwas hohenTarif. Die Lage ist in Ordnung ca 800 m, auch das Frühstück war angemessen. Was allerdings ein absolutes no go ist, ist wie hier Gäste die offensichtlich nicht erwünscht sind, empfangen und behandelt werden. Der Mann ( = Chef?) an der Rezeption ist an Prepotenz kaum zu überbieten und sich der Buchungslage in Bled bei seinem Tun und Handeln natürlich auch bewusst. Leider hatten wir aufgrund strömenden Regen den ganzen Tag über nicht wie von diesem Herren belehrend bei uns in der Brusttasche, sondern in der WASSERDICHTEN Motorradtasche. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen ein großer Teil hatte bereits vor uns gezahlt ( was im übrigen sehr unwirsch sofort eingefordert wird) und alles auf Papier gebracht ,als ich bat nur schnell die Tasche im Zimmer ausräumen zu dürfen und die fehlenden Daten in ein paar Minuten nachzubringen. Er erklärte mir unmissverständlich dass er unsere Zimmervergabe nicht weiter bearbeite und ich mir wenn es mir nicht passt,doch eine andere Unterkunft suchen soll und er JETZT diese Reispassdaten ! haben möchte - wir mussten am Gang vor der Lobby unsere Tasche ausräumen ( Boden) und wurden mit süffisanten Lächeln des Herren dabei begleitet. Der Clou der Sache, die Reisepässe wurden nicht einmal kontrolliert! Auf Nachdruck haben wir auch einen Zimmerschlüssel erhalten! Auch beim Frühstück - wir haben uns zwei Tische zusamengestellt (was in den Tagen davor für alle Hotel selbstverständlichkeit war) wurde von der Frühstücksdame sofort empört der Chef des Hauses informiert; er hat es aber unterlassen hier nochmals seinen Unmut kundzutun was auch besser für Ihn war! Wir reisen viel und in Gruppen, sind immer willkommen und haben so ein Benehmen wirklich noch nie erlebt! Und bevor SIE nun schreiben dass es ein Fehler war uns einchecken zu lassen und unsnicht mehr willkommen heißen ... SIND SIE UND IHRE TRUPPE VERSICHERT, DASS WIR DAS MIR SICHERHEIT NICHT MEHR VORHABEN!!!!

Byliśmy w 4 motocykle. Świetny hotel z dobrym śniadaniem. Z tylu ogródek można wypić piwo. Łóżka wygodne, pokoje i łazienki czyste. Polecam. Właściciele przyjaźni.

Ich hab nach der online Reservierung keineerlei Bestätigung erhalten, und dachte es hat nicht funktioniert. Tatsächich hatte ich jedoch zwei Zimmer gebucht, nur ist mir dies erst auf der Kredidkartenrechnung aufgefallen. Ich hab die Unterkunft diesbezüglich kontaktiert und gefragt ob es möglich wäre einen Teil des Geldes wieder zu retournieren. Ich wurde dann auf die Geschäftsbedinnungen verwiesen und das war`s....

Dès notre arrivée le gérant de l’établissement était très désagréable, aucune chaleur humaine, voir même moqueur. Nous n’avions plus envie d’y dormir dès notre arrivée. Il a offert de payer 12€ en moins si on payait en liquide (ce qui semble un peu illégal). Par contre nous devions payer à l’instant et non lors de notre départ le lendemain pour nous laisser aller retirer de l’argent. Nous avons remarqué qu’il avait du mépris envers les cyclistes, par la façon dont il ne se souciait pas du tout que l’on désire mettre nos vélos en place sécuritaire. Il nous a obligé à aller dans notre chambre sans nos chaussures de vélo pour une raison inconnu et il a été oppressant tout le petit déjeuner en nous observant. Nous cherchions le calme et la tranquillité, mais cet homme a rendu notre séjour désagréable et cauchemardesque. Je suis soulagé de voir que je ne suis pas le seul à penser cela. Point positif: aucun.

In giro per la Slovenia in agosto senza prenotazioni, abbiamo optato per questo garni. Dignitoso, senza infamia e senza lode, più attraenti gli esterni dell’interno. I prezzi di hotel più belli e più vicini al lago erano improponibili e dunque, per una notte è andato benissimo! Semplice, dotato di un parcheggio, stanza minimal però con letto comodo ed un balcone vista castello ( molto da lontano..). La cifra era abbordabile anche se non propriamente economica rispetto al tipo di struttura. Ma in agosto i prezzi lievitano ovunque. Una ventina di minuti di passeggiata per raggiungere il lago.Buona la colazione.
