Wir genießen gerade unseren letzten Urlaubtstag in diesem tollen Hotel und sind begeistert. Wir haben ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zeitweise hatten wir trotz Hochsaison den Hotelpool ganz für uns allein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

What promised to be a spectacular stay was totally ruined by both an ant infestation and the appalling subsequent attitude and approach of the management.||The apartments are indeed stunning and there is a wonderful swimming pool and access to the amazing beach. There was a trail of dead ants in the bathroom after our first night but nothing we couldn’t handle.||On the second night, however, there was an ant infestation - both regular and flying. They were ants of both variety in every room of the apartment, as well as in the bed, bedsheets, tables and all over the floor. They were ants all over our food and landing in our hair. They wouldn’t stop coming in, no matter how many we dispatched. It was absolutely disgusting.||The hotel dutifully sent an assistant to investigate with a can of Raid and a mini vacuum but soon identified that the infestation was too severe and that we had to be moved. As the other apartments were all in use, the management arranged for us to stay in their sister hotel in Šibenik; this included a taxi ride to and from the hotel. As a holding measure, we were satisfied with this.||On challenging the issue the next day, however, the hotel denied that ants have ever been a problem. This is clearly not the case. Two Trip Advisor reviews talk about the ant problem and there was a can of Raid in the bathroom. The taxi driver and assistant had also mentioned to us about how “they have always had a problem with ants” at the apartments.||Management essentially refused to refund any money as they claimed they had fulfilled their obligations by putting us up in another hotel. They refused to acknowledge the fact that not only was our night ruined but we hadn’t got what we paid for, namely an apartment with a pool and access to the beach. We had just come from a stay in Šibenik and if we had wanted another night we would have booked one!||Putting us up in their sister hotel was clearly an established practice and way to get around having to refund us any money or compensate us beyond comping us two glasses of wine.||Would not recommend until management take the ant problem - and their attitude to guests - seriously.

Alles in allem eine sehr gute Location und sehr freundliches Personal. Dafür 5 Sterne. Was etwas schade ist, ist dass die Bilder für das Zimmer, welches wir gebucht haben auf Expedia und Booking deutlich luxuriöser angezeigt wird als es ist. Die Suiten auf den Bilder sind wohl eine höhere Kategorie und befinden sich nebenan, aber sind nicht zu dem Preis erhältlich (wir haben etwa 300€ die Nacht gezahlt).

Sehr empfehlenswert! Wunderschöner Ausblick, sehr schöne und große Appartements. Zimmer und Pool mit Meerblick. Service auch hervorragend. Empfang und Check-out hat sehr gut funktioniert, sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. 👌☺️

Ja. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch per Auto ist Primosten super erreichbar. An der Strandpromenade entlang spazieren ist schön. Aber gute 20 Min. zu Fuß. Essen & Getränke im Resort sind am oberen Ende preislich. Muss man sich überlegen, ob es das wert ist. Aber however, die Anlage, die Mitarbeiter. Besser geht nicht.

Wszystko ok tylko najbardziej przeszkadzają sąsiedzi którzy od rana na budowie wiercą w skalę i nie da się spać, po drugiej stronie sąsiad palił liście i tuje więc nie dało się oddychać tak bardzo śmierdziało niestety nie dokonca mamy na to wpływ ale każdemu może się to zdarzyć. Następna rzecz jaka mi się nie podobała to była ilość mrówek , były one wszędzie w kosmetyczkach na łóżku czy w kuchni niestety nawet jak jest wszystko zamkięte na zewnątrz. W basenie mętna woda wydaje się brudna i strach się kąpać.ogolnie obsługa wydaje się bardzo miła i nic większego złego się nie działo więc myślę że mogę nawet polecić.

The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, which was quite frustrating.Not even a bottle of water to brush my teeth To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the customer service could definitely be improved. Not having water during a shower is not something you expect—especially while on

Horrible property and extremely unprofessional and unprepared for tourists!!!|We have make a booking of penthouse in this resort just for one night on our drive to Dubrovnik|For a first look everything seems to be fine… after 15 minutes we have realized that it was a mess!!!!|Coffee machine not working/ no hot water … it was a beginning|After coming back from our dinner everywhere where ants and their nests!!!! We haven’t seen something like that so far … they were everywhere… even in our luggage/ clothes/ towels|Just take a look for a picture|So due to perfect location/ nice service it’s important for me to write about that as it shouldn’t be like that if property names : luxury
