Evita este hotel si lo puedes evitar. No es, en absoluto, un hotel de la categoría establecida. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a nosotros y a otras compañeras. No tuvimos agua caliente durante un día, no funcionaba la cisterna, había olor a humedad... 🫡

Super super friendly hotel with the best location price and private parking!! Rooms are super clean and modern, small bar in the lounge area, make sure you tip the lobby nicely and they will let you stay after hours ;))) hopefully noone gets in trouble for this! My favorite hotel in zagreb!

Alt ved dette sted er godt, bortset fra morgenmaden. Air con på værelserne, altan på mit værelse er også et plus i min bog, og alt er lækkert og rent. Personalet er altid venligt og smilende.

Horrible experience. I could not sleep the entire night. I had the 208 room, super noisy for the public transportation active all night, no proper windows isolation, the Service didnt have any solutions to offer, or even plugs to try to sleep. I dont recommend at all.

Really nice hotel very well located right next to a Tram stop. Friendly and efficient reception team. Modern interior and comfortable bed. Lacks a little sound proofing in the rooms but overall it's a good package.

Employees fighting hard, clearly a shortage of staff, but the ones there were really doing their best. Parking is €15 per night – too much. Location is great, but you get the “trams running through your room” effect. Beds – great! Hygiene – great! Breakfast – okay. For the price of €130+ per night, it should be better. But all in all, it’s a 4-star hotel, so I would visit again.
