A very nice and sophisticated hotel in the middle of the Highway about 7km away from the City centre of Ljubljana. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good service good food too,just a little bit expensive. Overall I will come back again.

My first impression is "what a modern master piece". It may not suit some people, but it wins hands down for me. The interesting pendulum at the foyer probaly is used as seismic movement detector. Each floor has a colour scheme, and the bedroom is clean and the bigger shower is very user friendly. The missing bath tub is definitely a big plus to minimise accidents that may cause serious injury. Our tour group is the only diners enjoying the dinner buffet. The pumpkin soup with truffle seems to be a favourite for many, and I have 3 bowls. The sliced rare roast beef is what I like, but the chicken is not up my alley way. While many enjoy the roasted pork neck, I reckon it is a bit overcooked, and a gravy to go with it will please ne more. I like the buttery short pastry of the salmon in pastry, but not so much of the generous slice of slightly overcooked salmon. The chicken breast with herb seems dry and does attract much attention. There is a good selection of desserts, and pur tour members enjoy the tiramisu and creme puffs. This is my first impression, and more comment will follow.Jo

Save your money and stay somewhere else! Definitely not somewhere I will stay at again... Service was awful. We stayed two different times and BOTH times our rooms were not set up the way they should have been. Our confirmation email had a price that was lower than what we were charged --staff said they gave us the wrong price in the email. We were bit by bugs !!!! Staff was rude. My sister is a gold member with SPG and there was a stark difference between the service we received here and the Intercontinental (where we do not have any kind of status). Save your money and stay at the Intercontinental! The staff are genuinely nicer at Intercontinental and the location is way better, next to the train station, coffee shops & bakeries and a 15min walk to city center. The Four Points was in the middle of nowhere.
Good hotel for short stay, business, friendly staff, easy access from highway, to city center only 10 min with car. Rooms are nice, spacious, internet perfect. Breakfast could be better.
Everything is great except bartender with nationality preferences...

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville tout en étant confortablement installé dans un hôtel spacieux, proche du zoo, avec parking et un super services. Le personnel est vraiment génial et nous a aide a trouver nos restaurants.
