If I could give this place a 0 star I really would. I am currently writing this review at 3am in the morning since the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning because of a “heating phase”. No accommodation were given and honestly I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The staff clearly does not care enough to provide good service as I have spoke to this twice now. I am suppose to be on a nice vacation in a Slovenia but it feels more like a volcano in here. In addition, I have not been able to get any sleep which really defeats the purpose of a hotel.

Direkt an der Autobahn, waren dort zum Laden unseres Teslas. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett, der Cappuccino schmeckte sehr gut. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber.

Our two night stay at the Sheraton was great. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to everything we planned to do in town. It was a short drive to Old Town Ljubljana and was also very convenient to get on the road to Lake Bled. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It looked out over a wooded area. There was plenty of free parking available. The hotel is also close to many restaurants.

Fenomenalan hotel, moderan i novi interijer, bazen i wellnes ugodni. Osoblje je bilo na nivou kao i hrana. Definitivno cemo se vratiti u hotel kad god budemo opet u Ljubljani.

Haben hier nur im Restaurant etwas getrunken. Es war sehr wenig los. Getränke sind preislich im Rahmen. Bedienung hat nur gebrochen Englisch gesprochen. Nettes Ambiente für ein Getränk, während das Auto lädt. |Tipp: Mit Getränkebon kostet der Parkplatz nichts.

Location was perfect, just on the outskirts of the city. Everyone was more than accommodating and friendly.
