Wir haben Touristen im Juli 2025 auf Empfehlung von Alf Reiseveranstalter in die Premium Collection Villas Falkensteiner Punta Skala geschickt.|Und es wurde zum Albtraum.||Der Preis pro Nacht in einer dieser Villen beträgt ab 2000 € und mehr.|Weder der Reiseveranstalter (der einen direkten Vertrag mit dem Hotel hat) noch das Hotel selbst haben uns vor der Buchung informiert, dass sich auf dem Hotelgelände eine riesige verlassene Baustelle befindet — nur 100 Meter von den Luxury Villas entfernt.||Wir fügen eine Karte bei: Auf der Karte ist diese Baustelle als Aurora-Komplex markiert.|Der Weg zum Strand führt durch Schmutz, Müll, offene Abfälle und Abwasserkanäle, die mit Brettern abgedeckt sind.|Ein echter Horror!|Wenn man am Strand liegt — direkt hinter den Liegen: nur Chaos und Baustellenblick.||Das Ergebnis: Urlaub ruiniert, begrenzte Infrastruktur, schreckliche Aussicht.||Auf unsere Bitte um Rückerstattung oder vorzeitige Abreise haben Hotel und Reiseveranstalter abgelehnt.|Auch auf unsere Versuche, Kontakt aufzunehmen und einen Kompromiss zu finden — komplettes Schweigen und Untätigkeit.||Das Hotel behauptet, Alf Tour wusste davon und war im Frühjahr 2025 selbst vor Ort.|Alf antwortet nur: „Die Baustelle ist nicht aktiv, und ob es schön aussieht oder nicht — ist Geschmackssache :)“||🚫 Wir raten dringend davon ab, hier Urlaub zu machen!|Mit Premium Collection oder Luxury Resort hat das rein gar nichts zu tun.

Već četvrtu godinu sam gost ovog hotela i uvijek se rado vraćamo, ove godine nažalost osjetim razliku u osoblju i pristupu gostima, kao i u izboru hrane što se tiče večere… u restoranu Planika je hrana bila dosta razočaravajuća kao i sveukupna usluga… također ove godine se dosta štedi na sitnicama što je hotelu sa 5 zvijezdica nedopustivo, pogotovo s obzirom na cijenu noćenja. Međutim kako god to sve nije umanjilo moju ocijenu jer volim dolaziti u Iaderu i ugođaj u resortu je nešto posebno i do ove godine je sve bilo bezprijekorno i za svaku pohvalu. Također veliko hvala gospodinu Carlosu, da nije njega ovaj hotel nebi bio što je, njegov pristup gostima i pozitivan karakter čine boravak ugodnijim i opuštenijim. 5 zvijezdica ide prvenstveno njemu.

*****BEWARE***** First, this is NOT a 5 star property. I give it 2-3 stars at best. Location is great. Outside of that, it goes downhill fast. Think of standard rooms as an efficiency apartment, but worse. Your toilet is in what appears to be a closet. Your shower and sink is literally two steps from the bed if that. Property is run down. During our stay, we had bed bugs, stains in the sheet (including what appeared to be blood). When brought up to the front desk, it was never fixed and no apology. On top of that while sitting on the balcony looking down by the pool, we saw two rats chasing each other. A worker during breakfast was making salmon toast with cream cheese one morning and literally coughed into his gloves multiple times and then continued to make the salmon toast. Lamps in rooms and across the property have plastic coverings on them and skylight windows have numerous stains. When is the last time you experienced all of this at a 5 star property. I could give further examples, but this hits most of the points. Save yourself time and avoid getting ripped off at a dirty and poor quality hotel.

The service and employees are outstanding. I spent 2 weeks at the Iadera Hotel and I am truly delighted. The food in every restaurant is very tasty and varied. 😊 Željana from Planika is super profesional and above expecation. Food in Planika is super tasty and the price is reasenaebl. Tomislav, Aleksandar, Nikola, Berina, Youseff are the best person in Planika ❤️ So much love for them!! Doroteja from Spa is superb and Spa therapist Jonard give me the best massage thepary I ever had. Acomodation and the view is pricesless. I will come back again! Fully reccomendation. 😊 Bavana from Bistro is the best and sweetest person. She is so kind and professional. Too much love for her ❤️. Mia, Lucija and Abi from Bistro are amazing ! I really like this spa bar. Food is so nice.

We paid extra for a sea view but ended up looking straight into other hotel windows. The staff offered only weak excuses when we asked about it and only later when we came again we were able to change the room. Overall, the service was poor and slow. The rooms are outdated, the breakfast is below average, and service finishes earlier than advertised. The towel system is unnecessarily complicated—you need a special card just to get a towel. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often came very late in the day, not when we were out. The cleaning itself was minimal, barely lasting three minutes, and they never washed the floors or wiped anything. When I politely asked a cleaner to start with the bathroom because we were about to leave the bedroom, she snapped “dobra” and left the room altogether. The one positive thing I can say is that the nature in Croatia is beautiful. But the hotel experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

Just bad. You get a 3 star hotel experience for a price of expensive 5 star hotel. Breakfasts: poor quality, overcrowded, hard to get anything, constant lack of cutlery and cups everywhere. Zero service - nobody asked us if we want any coffee, and we had to fight to even get cutlery. Pools/spa area: in places bad smell, poor/no wifi signal, annoying ancient towel card exchange system where you get ann old oily smelly towel. No service at pool. Rooms: old. Old uncomfortable beds; moldy, loud and inefficient AC. Mosquitos somehow constantly get into room, maybe during cleaning. Empty minibar. Proper sea view is very hard to get due to shape of the hotel - from majority of the rooms (even if buy sea view) you will be looking straight into the window of your neighbor.

Achtung! Zur Zeit ist dort Baustelle. Es werden weitere Unterkünftsblöcke direkt vor dem Hotel gebaut. Bei der Buchung wird man darauf aber nicht vorab hingewiesen. Es herrscht derzeit also nicht die Idylle die beworben wird. Die Arbeiter beginnen wegen der Temperaturen bereits um 5:30 in der Früh. Baulärm wenn man am Balkon sitzt und am Strand. Man geht an wunderschön idylischen Bauzäunen vorbei.|Andere Gäste haben vor Ort einen Nachlass rausholen können, ich wollte es über die Zentrale abwickeln und konstruktiv abhandeln. Von der Falkensteiner Zentrale habe ich nach 1 Monat aber nicht mal ein Standardentschuldigungsschreiben erhalten.|Es werden einem auch automatisch 10 EUR Trinkgeld pro Nacht auf die Rechnung aufgebucht. Man kann diese natürlich gleich stornieren lassen, den Versuch hier amerikanische Verhältnisse einuführen finde ich dennoch inakzeptabel bei den Zimmerpreisen und dem sonst nicht so tollen Service (überfordertes FrontOffice-Personal etc.). Prinzipiell tolle Anlage aber leider einige Punkte die den Aufenthalt alles andere als entspannt gemacht haben.

We have been going there for several years now and are always very satisfied. It's really beautiful there. We particularly recommend a visit to the beach bar run by carlos and achmed. You can relax there with good music. Achmed conjures up the best dishes in his food truck and carlos mixes great cocktails. The two of them are really wonderful and super nice! Definitely stop by, it's worth it!

Very nice hotel, placed near beautiful beaches facing the sunset. Rooms are modern, large, with really comfortable bed and pillows. It has marvellous Spa and pools area. The buffet was rich with a variery of food, but the table service (bringing menues for the main dish) was too slow and my group supposed that the dinner was just buffet.
