Prekrasan hotel, čist i uredan, velika soba i kupaonica sve uredno i čisto... Pozicija hotela odlična.... Osoblje na recepciji profesionalno i veoma ljubazni... Doručak super veliki izbor hrane, slastica i piča... Jedini mali minus je sala za doručak, jer je bila premala za sve goste hotela, pošto jedna sala na dva ujedinjena hotela, pogotovo kada su hoteli popunjeni... To je jedina zamjerka sve drugo je odlično... Tako da je hotel za svaku pohvalu i preporuku svima koji dolaze u Ljubljanu..!!!!! Ja ču definitivno opet odsjesti u U hotelu kada ponovo budem došao u Ljubljanu...!!!!!

unfortunately I have to give 1 star, it's sad that there is no lobby bar in a 4* hotel and you have to carry your things to the room yourself, upon entering the room the TV did not work (the wires were disconnected), the water tank as well (I waited for 2 hours so that i could use the toilet after the trip 😏) the card did not open the room and I had to go to the reception 3 times to fix it ,despite the reservation, the wellness center was extremely crowded.

+ The rooms are really neat and bright, loved the city view from a balcony! Also the balcony is big. + Bathroom is spacious, modern and clean. it was nice to see they also have a dental set :) + very clean hotel + the air conditioner was manual and that is a big plus also enough parking spaces available. - it was my first time organizing an accomodation for my collegues, the receptionist could be a little more helpful explaing things about the parking, payment and what we have included in the price, but she was sharp and edgy in her answers and left me with a room card and basically no other information.
