A very enjoyable high-quality hotel - smart, clean, with a highly professional team and an amazing rooftop restaurant with food that would be the pride of any city. Walkable to St Sava church and to trams and buses into the city centre. Located in a quieter residential neighborhood, with Karadordev Park on the doorstep - a safe, suburban community spot.

A Truly Crystal-Clear Experience — Spacious, Stylish & Heartfelt Hospitality Our stay at Crystal Hotel Belgrade was a delightful experience that truly elevated our time in the city. We chose the Crystal Suite, the hotel’s largest suite, and it exceeded expectations — exceptionally spacious, beautifully laid out, and complete with a lovely balcony to unwind on. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible hospitality — special thanks to Nikola and the entire front desk and housekeeping team, who were outstanding in every way. From assistance with local tips to quick turnarounds on requests, their attentiveness made us feel right at home. The location is another major win — tucked on a quiet street yet close to Belgrade’s vibrant city life. Fantastic restaurants and bars are just a stroll away, and major attractions are a short drive (around 15 minutes). Even the airport was just a quick 20–25 minute ride. One of the highlights was dining at The View, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant — it offers stunning panoramic views and a sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for an evening wind-down. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast spread. We stayed for three days and noticed the menu remained exactly the same throughout. A little variety would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. That said, everything else was absolutely top-notch — from the comfort to the service to the vibe. Crystal Hotel is a refined, well-located gem in Belgrade and we’d absolutely recommend it. A strong 4-star rating from us — with just one suggestion for the breakfast to be as impressive as the rest of the hotel.

Do pre nekoliko meseci imali su odličnu hranu, naročito doručak. U poslednje vreme nešto se desilo pa je hrana bljutava , bajata, čudna, teleća čorba sa piletinom!!! Alergičan sam na piletinu i samo zamislite šta je moglo da se desi. Doručak prilično oskudan. Nešto se ozbiljno poremetilo i to na mnogooo goreee.
