This is a beautiful hotel, so very clean and friendly staff. The hotel stands out above all the others along the harbour. Definitely will return to this stunning hotel |Great choice for breakfast, replenished very quickly. Shout out to the bar manager, who works very hard through the day |A tip if you book with Jet 2 you will be dropped off at a car park with no further instructions how to get to the hotel. So get a note of the hotel direct to phone them for the shuttle bus to collect you , totally let down by jet2 also room wasn’t ready untill four o’clock which again jet 2 didn’t notify us of. |Great choice of restaurants around this hotel, food is amazing plus large portions

Nádherné miesto. Na recepcii bola velmi milá recepčná, poradila nám návštevu Dinoparku... tiež recepčný bol milý a velmi šikovne vybavil pre nás izby a transport z parkoviska o polnoci do hotela. Pretože hotel nemá svoje parkovanie.

Alles in allem perfekt, vom Shuttleservice, bis zum Rezeptionisten, dem Frühstückspersonal sowie Zimmerpersonal. Das Zimmer und auch der gesamte Hotelbereich sehr sehr sauber, toll und farbenfroh dekorierte Lobby, dass Frühstück fabelhaft, alles ganz frisch , wir kommen bestimmt wieder zu den nächsten Osterfeiertagen. I stayed 5 nights here. The price is 4 star, but the level of the hotel is not. The location is great, if you dont need your car. Parking is far away, you have to call ´the shuttle every time, and you pay 10 € additionally for parking. The drivers are very friendly and helpfull. Check in was OK. The standard room is quite small, no kettle for tea or coffe. The bed was comfortable, generally, very clean. The fridge was out of order, so I never used mini bar. The bathroom is tiny, more space is needed to leave your toilletries. The towels have seen better times. The toillet brush fell from the wall. The shower holder - be careful, because that one also is moving left and right, will not keep long on the wall. The balcony is a great thing for smokers, but rusty table, just no go. I didn´t visit spa. The breakfast: I understand we are not in the high season, but 5 days always the same things, 5 days scrambled eggs? If you want boiled eggs or omelett, you have to ask, they make it for you. Breakfast juices - they never saw the real fruit, just water with artificial taste of cherry, orange, pineapple. The coffe is decent. It´s okay to have the high price - but you have to offer something for that price level. Food and drinks of higher quality, perhaps? It happened few times we found a note on the reception desk- I´ll be back in five minutes - so we had to wait and wait. I have impression that some ladies working on the reception desk are without any experience and instructions how to work with guests in 4 star hotel. Anyway, I hope for the future guests it will change for better, but I don´t think I will come again.

Top Hotel, schöne komfortable Zimmer, reichhaltiges und gute Frühstücksbuffet. Die Uentrale Lago ist top, der einzige Nachteil.ist, dass das Auto weit entfernt auf einem Parkplatz parkiert werden muss, aber dafür steht ein flexibler Fahrdienst zur Verfügung.

Dolaskom u hotel, dočekala nas je djevojka na recepciji. S obzirom da nas je bilo 8,i krivi datum smo rezervirale sobe(mjesec unaprijed),jedino od strane nje je bilo što nam je ustupila sobe iako nismo imale rezervaciju za tu noć. Naravno, kontaktirale smo ju prije dolaska u sami hotel telefonski,gdje nam je tek nakon drugog razgovora gdje smo napomenuli da u hotel nećemo doći u 16,00 nego 18.00 sati rekla da nemamo rezervaciju za drugi nego treći mjesec,ali da nije problem ima soba neka dođemo u hotel . Dolaskom u sobe, od 4 sobe u dvijema sobama temperatura je 14° , srećemo gospodičnu s recepcije i upitamo u čemu je problem s grijanjem, odgovara da će grijanje pojačati na recepciji. Na moje pitanje da nam da neku deku za pokrivanje jer plahtom se ne možemo pokriti i da je u sobi temperatura i 20°. Na to dobivamo odgovor ako nam je zima, dat će nam grijalicu. Nakon što smo se smjestile u sobu, odlazimo iz hotela na večeru u grad u nadi da će se sobe ugrijati dok se vratimo. U hotel smo se vratile cca 02.00 , dvije sobe još hladnije nego što su bile . U druge dvije sobe je temperatura ok. Odlazimo na recepciju upitati gdje je problem s grijanjem, u smjenu je došla djevojka koja je odradila sve kako bi nam omogućila da ostanak do jutra bude kako treba. Govori kako u te dvije sobe postoji problem već par dana,da im ne radi grijanje. Da je dan prije bio gospodin u sobi koji se isto žalio na hladnoću, i da mu je ponuđena grijalica kao i nama. A,kako je gospodin rekao a mi potvrđujemo da smo se htjele grijati na grijalicu ne bi išle u hotel od 4*. Djevojka,nam je pronašla dvije sobe u kojima je temperatura bila 20°..i to su bile najtoplije sobe u hotelu. Problem je bio riješen u pola sata, iako smo čekale s prekrivačima(koje smo molile da dobijemo)u hodniku hotela. Također rečeno je s obzirom da parking nema u krugu hotela,da imamo pravo na vozača koji će doći do nas na parkiralište gdje smo parkirane ,pri dolasku u hotel nismo imale. Tek drugo jutro,da nismo same pitale jer smo čule kako govore ženama ispred nas da će ih odbaciti do parkirališta,da povezu i nas, vjerojatno nas ne bi povezli. Za nastalu situaciju,nam se nije nitko ispričao jer valjda je normalno da ak dođeš u 2 mjesecu na more,nemaš grijanja u sobi, tople vode ,deke. Hotel,kao hotel je prekrasan,pogled na more iz svih kutova je predivan. Doručak nam je bio odličan, raznovrsna ponuda.

Y avons résidé une semaine à l'occasion de la Coupe du Monde de Hockey Indoor. Qualité, hygiène et service... Tout était parfait ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de mer - proche de la vielle ville et des commerces. L'environnement est magnifique et reposant. La terrasse au bord de l'eau est exceptionnelle. Le personnel tant de réception, que du restaurant et du service de nettoyage était au top. Même si nous étions "hors saison", nous avons été servis comme des rois. Mention spéciale pour Zarko - en réception - dont le dévouement et la volonté de nous faciliter la vie ont été hors normes.
