Kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Zimmer sind sauber und Betten sind gross. Zimmer ist in die Länge gezogen und daher recht eng. Extrem hellhörig, als ob unsere Türe offen wäre und das Bett wahnsinnig hart(muss man mögen) Klimaanlage ist auch recht laut. In Ruhe schlafen ist hier nicht wirklich. Außerdem ist es ein offenes Badezimmer! Hatten wir nicht gern. Dusche und das Waschbecken sind offen im Raum. WC Türe kann man abschliessen. Auch nicht so toll, wenn einer schlafen will und die andere Person im „badezimmer“ ist. Muss man mögen. Wir sind angekommen, es stand genug Personal an der Tür. Jedoch am Handy, es war wichtiger jemanden eine Sprachnachricht zu schicken als uns bei den Koffern zu helfen. An der Rezeption haben wir nur die nötigsten Infos bekommen. Niemand hat uns das Zimmer gezeigt. Personal ist ansonsten freundlich und auch der Service beim Buffet. Das Buffet ist ok. Man findet etwas. Sehr eng gemacht, man kann gerade mal zu zweit nebeneinander stehen. Jedoch ist das Essen definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert! Das Meer ein Traum, sauber, klar.. wie man es gewöhnt ist von Kroatien. Auf der Homepage steht, dass es keine Liegen am Strand vom Hotel gibt! Wir waren auch schon im Valamar 5 Sterne. Und es sind einfach Welten dazwischen. Sind sehr enttäuscht.

Sve pohvale za usluge u Wellnessu Berulia. Od voditeljice Marijane na njenom toplom i profesionalnom pristupu, uvijek nasmijane i ljubazne recepcije unutar wellnessa do terapeutkinje Ane koja odlično radi svoj posao. :) Toplo preporučam svima koji žele lijepo sređene nokte, odlične tretmane i pozitivnu atmosferu. Veselim se ponovnom dolasku!

We had a fantastic return stay at Bluesun Hotel Berulia. The hotel is in a beautiful location — right by the beach with stunning views from our room. The property is immaculately clean, and the warm welcome we received made us feel instantly at home. The restaurant is excellent, offering high-quality food with a wide variety of options. We especially appreciated the ample outdoor seating, which allowed us to enjoy our meals in the beautiful surroundings. The gym facilities were a great base for training, and the rooftop area provided an ideal space for private workouts or stretching routines with an incredible view. A special thank you goes to Ida from the concierge team, who looked after our family with such kindness and attention — especially our autistic son. Her warmth and support truly made our stay unforgettable. Nahid was also exceptionally attentive and professional. Ante showed such genuine care, and Mate provided excellent service throughout. Although we didn’t venture far, it’s clear that there is plenty to do and explore nearby, whether you're interested in nature, culture, or local experiences. If we could suggest anything, it would be slightly longer dinner hours and a bit more personal service around the pool area. However, these are small observations in what was otherwise an outstanding holiday. We would absolutely recommend Bluesun Hotel Berulia for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and beautifully located hotel with exceptional staff and service.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel SunBlue Berulia! Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und durchgehend lecker, besonders das Frühstück hat uns mit einer riesigen Auswahl begeistert – da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Was uns besonders positiv aufgefallen ist, war die hervorragende Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, alles war stets gepflegt und ordentlich. Auch der Service ist auf hohem Niveau – vor allem möchten wir Susmita vom Hotelrestaurant lobend erwähnen, die uns beim Frühstück und Abendessen außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich betreut hat. Ein echtes Highlight! An der Beach Bar haben wir uns immer über Ante gefreut – auch er ist mit vollem Herzen dabei. Beide haben definitiv den richtigen Beruf gewählt! Wir kommen gerne wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

Amazingly beautiful location. Panoramic pool and pine trees. That's all that is good about this hotel. The hotel, rooms, service, food do not correspond to the declared 5 stars. The hotel, rooms have a terrible smell of mold. Mold and fungal lesions everywhere on the ceiling on the walls in the general air conditioning system. They try to mask the terrible smell of mold with powerful synthetic air fresheners. This makes it even worse. In the toilet, the suspended ceiling is constantly damp and covered with mold, there is a problem with leaking sewer pipes. Restaurant; Food quality and choice of dishes is very poor and of low quality. No fish or seafood, yesterday's pastries, stale bread. Many salads dressed with mayonnaise are prepared from the remains of yesterday's dishes. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. It is not even 3 stars. I do not recommend it to anyone. Fungus and mold are very dangerous for hotel guests. Do not waste your money. It's not worth it.

Excellent hospitality, stunning views, dog-friendly, and super friendly staff! ‼️Tips for Guests Staying at This Hotel‼️ 1. Breakfast 🍳 - Don’t miss the omelet made by Tatiana! Make sure to add all the ingredients – that’s what makes it truly delicious. - Try the combo of Greek yogurt + mixed fruits + honey chips + granola at breakfast. It’s an amazing combination and tastes fantastic! 2. Dinner🍽️ Are you a dessert lover? Then choose your favorite cake before filling your plate with dinner! The best whole cakes are gone within 30 minutes. 3. For Guests with Dogs🐶 If you’re bringing your dog, avoid taking them to the beach on the right side of the hotel restaurant during the day. There’s a guy with a parasol who’s very strict about dogs. All the staff were very kind, but I would especially like to express my gratitude to a few people. Thanks to them, we had an exceptionally pleasant holiday: • Teodor at the lobby bar • Mia and Tatiana at the restaurant (Tatiana’s omelet is the best I’ve ever had!) I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel does not live up to its declared 5 stars. Old rooms, mold and fungi on the walls, ceiling, in the air conditioning system. Just awful. The smell of mold throughout the hotel, which is masked by powerful air fresheners. This is very dangerous for hotel guests. The food is not tasty, very poor selection of dishes and low quality products. The dishes have nothing to do with healthy eating. A 0.5l bottle of water costs 6 euros!!!! This is outrageous. And definitely not acceptable for a 5 star hotel! I do not recommend it to anyone.

Upea loma Beruliassa! Sijainti täydellinen, aivan Baška Vodan reunalla ja lyhyt kävely myös Brelan ravintoloihin. Hotellilta rappuset alas merenrantaan ja kävelyreitille. Upeat maisemat merelle ja kauniille Allas alueille. Huoneet siistit ja yksinkertaisen kauniit, ei valittamista. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Palvelu on myös kiitettävää. Erityinen kiitos Idalle, joka auttoi mm retkien ja muiden aktiviteettien kanssa ja auttoi korjaamaan silmälasit ☺️ Meillä oli myöhäinen lähtö, ja saimme iltapäivällä huoneen suihkussa käyntiä varten. Suuri suositus hotellille!

A Pleasant Surprise – Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming||We arrived earlier than expected and were so grateful that the hotel allowed us to check in last minute. The staff were kind and accommodating from the start, which made a big difference after a long journey.||The hotel was very clean and comfortable throughout. The room we stayed in was a generous size — spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably without feeling cramped. It was well-maintained, and you could tell cleanliness was a priority here.||Breakfast was simple but lovely. While the variety wasn’t huge, everything was fresh, clean, and enjoyable. Sometimes a smaller selection done well is better than too many poor options — and this was definitely the case here.||Overall, we were really pleased with our stay. For a last-minute booking, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d absolutely stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with friendly service.

Напівпансіон ,смачна середземноморська їжа . Свіжі різноманітні фрукти .Персонал розмовляє декілька мовами . WI-FI досягає до пляжу,до якого 85 сходинок ;-))) . Такого чистого пляжу ніде не бачив!!! Біля басейну шізлонги безкоштовні , на пляжі 10€ . Чудовий готель !

We stayed at Bluesun Berulia from July 5 to July 11, 2025, in a Deluxe Double Room with Swim-Up Pool (€500 per night). Unfortunately, our experience did not match the price tag. We drove all the way from Belgium and arrived around 1 PM, knowing check-in was only from 3 PM. However, reception told us rooms were being prepared earlier. At 3:30 PM, we were informed that some bathroom paneling in our room was still being fixed and no other rooms were available. We insisted on entering the room anyway, only to find a strong chemical glue smell. Worse, the next morning around 7 AM, the same worker suddenly walked into our room without knocking – quite a shock. We addressed this at reception and clearly stated we didn’t want to be disturbed again. The situation was handled, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. On top of that, drinks during dinner were extremely overpriced. One waiter couldn’t give me change and promised to return it the next day, which he never did. Not a huge amount, but it’s the principle that matters. There is also no elevator access to the swim-up pool rooms – and there are a lot of stairs. Upon arrival, staff kindly helped us with the luggage, but during checkout, I had to carry everything up myself in the early morning. This was quite exhausting and not what you expect from a so-called luxury hotel. Parking is another issue. The hotel lot was constantly overcrowded, making it difficult to leave with the car. And at check-out, we were charged €9 per night for parking – despite the inconvenience. Overall, the location is beautiful and the hotel looks nice, but our experience was far below expectations for the price. Sadly, we wouldn’t return.
