Hotel curato a due passi dal centro di Belgrado. Soggiornato in singola con spazi adeguati, bagno spazioso e dotata di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo e ampio. Camera al piano terra con vista spazio interno. Area benessere piccola, ma molto gradita la possibilità di fruire della sauna. Area colazione decisamente troppo congestionata, gli spazi sarebbero da rivedere. Prezzo pagato in linea con le alternative in città di pari livello.

Disappointing Experience – Unfair Treatment and No Parking as Promised We are on a 3-week trip starting from Zagreb, covering several Balkan countries and ending with a 10-day beach holiday in Greece. For our stops, we specifically searched for hotels with parking, rooms with either tiled or parquet flooring, and a Booking.com score above 8. Based on these criteria, we chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, the receptionist told us very clearly that there was absolutely no parking available. Just five minutes later, a Serbian family arrived and was allowed to park directly next to my car. The receptionist didn't even ask for their name or booking number—he immediately guided them to a secured parking area belonging to the hotel. When I asked again, I was strictly told to park in a public parking area and that my car must be moved by 7 a.m. the next day. My concerns were dismissed abruptly. When I brought this issue to the manager, I realized that unless you are Serbian in this region, your voice doesn't seem to matter. We have filed a complaint with Booking.com and are waiting to see the result. To make matters worse, the rooms are tiny, poorly maintained, and the staff are generally unhelpful. Constant noise from internal operations (possibly plumbing or ventilation) made our stay even more unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel and would not return.

הזמנתי חדר יחיד. בתמונה זה נראה אחלה. אבל אל תאמינו לביקורות. המלון הזה לא בדיוק במרכז העניינים, סוג של אבל לא ממש. המלון הזה מציע חדשרים מאד קטנים מאד אין מקום לכלום ובנוסף מסתבר שאלה חדרים עם דלת הפרד ואתם בעצםם ישנים עם עוד אנשים בחדר. אני החלפתי באותו לילה למלון אחר זה היה זוועה.

4 günlük tatilde tercih ettik.Otelin konumu gercekten cok iyi, onemli yerlere yuruyerek cok rahat ulaştık. Ilk gun sabah 10.30 da otele vardik.Bavullarimizi emanete alip, kahvalti yiyebilecegimizi ve kahve icebilecegimizi soylediler.Gercekten cok memnun olduk. Tesekkurler. 3 kisi odamiz cok rahatti.Tekrar gelsek kesin yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

Çok makul fiyata aldık, otelin konumu çok iyi merkezde, kahvaltı yeri çok küçük, ancak kahvaltısı fena değil ve açık büfe, ön taraftaki odalar çok çok küçük kabin oda gibi, arka taraftakiler bir tık daha iyi, iki günden fazla kalmayacaksanız düşünülebilir
