Good breakfast, decent rooms, great location. Everything reachable by foot. Would stay again.

After staying 1 night we woke up with the bed covered in blood from bite marks. We pulled the sheets back and saw it was infested with bed bugs. We immediately went to reception and reported the issue, they understood and took our details and said they'd get back to us. We were on a tour and only staying one night. They ended up sending us an email and apologising, and offering us 1 free night stay in the hotel. This obviously wasn't going to work for us as we have no future plans to return to Ljubljana, and again not to stay in that hotel. I feel the hotel should have offered us a partial if not full refund for the disgusting state of their beds. We immediately had to rewash all our clothes, as well as delay our days to scrub ourselves clean. I can't recommend a hotel that has bedbugs in their rooms. Had they not changed their sheets in so long that there was an infestation of bugs in their mattress? Unacceptable.
