Vi har haft en uges ferie på dette dejlige hotel og kan kun sige at alt er som det skal være. Værelserne er super flotte, rengøringen er helt i top og tilkøb endelig morgenmaden, for det er en oplevelse i sig selv. Den tilhørende pool med masser af liggestole er garanti for en god ferie. Det er i sandhed et fremragende sted, som varmt kan anbefales til alle der besøger den skønne by Zadar. Værten er utrolig nærværende og en sikker garanti for Kroatisk gæstfrihed. I umiddelbar nærhed findes adskillige gode restauranter, supermarkeder og flotte strande.

A clean, new, contemporary boutique hotel with excellent service. Nice to have an outdoor pool to refresh in after walking the Old Town ( about 10-15 min away by car) Denis our host was so helpful with anything we asked. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit , granola, yogurt, eggs, pastries , fresh juices and coffees. Could walk to the beach from the hotel

Exceptional! Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean. We had a room on the 1st floor and had lovely views to the sea from the balcony. The balconies are in shade on the morning and get the afternoon/evening sun. The pool area is lovely too, with plenty of sun loungers and towels. Denis and his team are friendly and helpful. If you want to go anywhere, they have a driver available, only 7 euros to the old town. There is a well stocked shop at the end of the road and also restaurants there. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

Di nome e di fatto luxury residence. Camera,bagno e terrazzo molto spaziosi . Il design moderno e i materiali di qualità hanno reso il soggiorno confortevole e molto piacevole. La piscina un bijou e la zona attorno molto curata in minimo dettaglio.Colazione abbondante e deliziosa. Personale cordiale molto attento nei confronti dell ospite,il proprietario di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Nelle vicinanze spiagge attrezzate di doccia,sdraio, spogliatoio,parco giochi, restaurant, supermercato, bar raggiungibili anche a piedi

Great place, been there for the second time already, and plan to visit it every year with my husband. It’s a small, peaceful, and quiet boutique hotel where you can really recharge, relax, and forget about the world. Clean, spacious, and well stocked rooms. Parking places available free of charge, paid transportation provided by the hotel with a fair price. I haven’t seen such a level of professionalism among the staff even in the top chain hotels. These owner really set a new standard of hospitality.

It’s my second review of this establishment, as I’ve went there one more time, and I intend to go there every year. Absolutely phenomenal boutique hotel with amazing tranquil vibe. Every little detail mastered to perfection. Wholehearted congratulations to the owner for running such a great place. Super clean rooms, quiet neighbourhood, very fairly priced (and well stocked) minibar, a few good restaurants in the area. The hotel offers car service to/from airport, old town - don’t even bother ordering a bolt/uber, the price is the same.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The cleanliness was impeccable, and we felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The host was very attentive and accommodating, fulfilling our individual requests with care. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch, especially the gluten-free options, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a cozy and personalized experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Das ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Waren leider nur eine Nacht da, es stimmt einfach alles. Wenn ich wieder nach Zadar komme, weiß ich genau wo hin. Top-sauber, toller, sehr aufmerksamer Service, long drinks am Pool, alles, was das Herz begehrt. Durch bestehende Kooperation mit einem Taxi-Service kommt man schnell und günstig überall hin.

Really enjoyed our stay at this exceptional hotel. The location is peaceful in a residential suburb of Zadar. The rooms are spacious and the fittings are of high quality. Dennis the proprietor couldn’t be more helpful. I would advise guests to arrange for the hotel taxi for airport transfer, Davor is also available to take guests to the old town. There are also good restaurants within walking distance.|Plenty loungers at the pool everything clean and comfortable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Demar Residence.

Netter zuvorkommender Besitzer, tolles Frühstück mit frischen Eiergerichten. Kleiner Pool aber ausreichend. Es sind etwa 3 Kilometer in die Altstadt aber man kann Fahrräder leihen oder mit dem Taxi fahren. Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer sind sauber.

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. |We have nothing at all negative to say about this hotel. Denis and his staff were fabulous throughout. |The hotel,pool area and all surrounding areas are beautiful. So relaxing and peaceful. You can really switch off and relax. |The pool area itself always had plenty of sunbeds, towels included. Pool temperature perfect. Refreshing but not freezing. Shaded areas and sunny but all beds had brollys. |Our room (26) was in the separate block at the bottom of the hotel complex. Only 6 rooms in this block. Really quiet. No noise at all at night which for 2 light sleepers and early risers was perfect. The room itself was massive. And very modern which is very much to our taste. Air con was great. Black out shutters were also much appreciated. Gorgeous view from all windows and balcony.|Housekeeping came every day to change towels, glasses empty bins. |Breakfast at the hotel was also lovely. Plenty of selection of continental.|Everything was served fresh. Coffee tea etc all available. |Location was perfect for us. We like to be away from the hustle and bustle and this was just that. Surrounded by family homes which obviously contributed to the relaxed feel. We drove into the centre a couple of times. Only took 10 mins. Denis will arrange a taxi for you but as we had our car we didnt need to use.|There is a shop down the road which was perfect for anything you might want in room.|Parking outside always available. |We absolutely loved our stay here. Gutted we didnt have longer than 1 week. Safe to say we will definitely be back.|Thankyou Denis for such a fabulous break.

Title says it all really, |Exceptional accommodation, lovely room, quality breakfast and service. |Nice pool, no rush for sunbeds here, just use at your leisure because there are more than enough.|The host is very friendly and will always help in any way|Good value for the quality.|Finally there are some decent restaurants close by and should you wish to go to the old town the owner will arrange and even bring you back at 7€ each way which again is a fair price.|Loved our stay here and no hesitation to recommend, even for the most discerning travellers ||Eddie and Christina McAlpine

Excellent week spent at the immaculate Demar Residence. Everything was perfect, Modern room spotlessly clean, beautiful pool, lovely owner Dennis who could not have done anything else to make us feel more at home, and great staff. Hotel transport 7 euros to the Old Town or about a 40 minute walk. We will hopefully return next June.

Demar Residence is an absolute gem! We stayed for three nights and only wished we could have stayed longer. We had a beautiful room on the second (top) floor. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had stunning views over the sea and islands beyond. Lying in bed, looking at the view is mesmerising.|Big private terrace with seating and loungers. Large bathroom and like everything else, very modern and beautifully presented. |Pool area is excellent, with towels provided.|Breakfast was excellent value at €12 and of a high standard. Taxi service provided costs €7 one way into OldTown, again great value and can be added to hotel bill. |Stop looking for your place to stay in Zadar, this is the one!

One of the finest places we’ve ever stayed at. Denis, the owner is always on hand to assist with a smile and kindly manner. The hotels driver is on hand to provide both local and airport transport at very fair rates. Breakfast is optional but worth the €12, there are cafes and restaurants within walking distance though the old town is a 35 minute walk away. Our room had a huge wrap around balcony and far reaching views and was absolutely spotless. If considering Zadar this is the place to stay, we booked direct. Thanks Denis, until the next time!

Very nice, comfortable place to stay while visiting or on vacation in Zadar. Rooms are clean and modern as well as bathrooms. Nice pool as addition as well. Breakfast is available and offers lots of great options for people. Highly recommended. Thank you from family from Canada 🇨🇦

Sehr schönes B&B Hotel. Tolle Zimmer, tolle Betten und tolles Badezimmer (Zimmer 24).|Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool mit schattigen Plätzchen unter zwei Olivenbäumen ist ausreichend groß.|Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Tag sehr reichhaltig. Besonders schön waren das frische Obst und leckere Beeren. Alle Eierzubereitunge konnten individuell geordert werden. Der Zimmerservice war flink. Täglicher Hantuchwchsel!|Am besten hat uns aber die Gastfreundschaft des Inhabers (D.M.) gefallen. Tiefenentspannt herzlich und immer zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen auch leckere Aperol Spritz gratis.|Insgesamt für uns ein außergewöhnlicher Urlaub. Das Demar und seinen Inhaber können wir wirklich empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
