This morning Sept 12. 2018) the young man at the reception desk (beard and moustache) was dramatically unhappy when after 14 minutes waiting (trying to check out) waiting I asked how long will it take to get back the so called "guarantee/caution" for the minibar... He definitely seems to work in the wrong place ...
