Hotel in pieno centro, comodissimo per visitare e vivere pienamente la città. Personale cortese; ottima prima colazione, in gran parte, salata. A prezzo ragionevole ci è stata assegnata una suite molto ampia e ben riscaldata, su due piani con due camere da letto, cucina e rilassante living. Peccato per la manutenzione deficitaria, per alcuni mobili vecchi o non adatti, per il rivestimento macchiato delle sedie e dei divani, per l’odore sgradevole quasi sempre presente in bagno. Volenteroso ma disattento il riordino delle stanze: asciugamani in numero insufficiente, linea di cortesia esaurita sostituita solo su richiesta e frigobar mai rifornito

Wenn man alte Häuser liebt, wird einem dieses Hotel im zentral gelegenen barocken Palazzo Lazzarini gefallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man nur bis zur Sperre, etwa 300m vom Hotel. Zufahrt ist nur von 6.00-10.00 gestattet. Das gilt aber für alle Häuser in der Fußgängerzone.|Empfang, Lounge und Speisesaal haben historischen Charme. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, der Service bemüht. Die „Suiten“ sind große, ruhige, alte Zimmer. Beim nachträglich eingebauten Bad mit Duschkabine darf man nicht so genau hinschauen. Luxushotels in Westeuropa haben andere Standards. Dennoch in Laibach empfehlenswert!

Location is great. In the old part of town, in the no car zone, and near the river. Service is excellent. Building is old and beautiful and simple. Furniture is fitting with decor. Various gathering areas. Breakfast is delicious with many savory items. One small negative is a few minor items in room needed repairs.

So nice and friendly staff. Spacious rooms that are also very well equipped. Excellent location as it is close to the city centre, but also quite and cozy. Breakfast is very rich and offers dishes for all preferences. The prices might be a bit higher than average ones, but it is totally worthy for the magnificent experience you will get here. One of the best hotels I've been in.
