I’ve had the chance to visit several Aminess properties, but none have left such a lasting impression as this one! The first thing you notice when entering the resort is the feeling of stepping into a botanical garden – everything is beautifully landscaped and full of flowers. The beach is located just below the resort and is exceptionally well maintained. My room was spotless and comfortable, and I must especially commend the housekeeping team – within just a few hours, they washed, ironed, and returned my clothes freshly scented and perfectly folded. All the staff throughout the resort were incredibly kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. I truly felt at ease during my entire stay.

At the evening meal you were not allowed any water not unless you have brought alcohol, or purchased even though it's free at breakfast aswell as various juices tea and coffee. A small bottle is charged at 5 euro.||The room we were given was not as per pictures on booking.com (see pics)|Complained and got offered a suit for the next 2 days and the to return back to the original incorrect room.||We went to this hotel two years previous and the food was amazing, now food selection half the size as previously, and generally overcooked and tepid or cold.||They had booked in about 100 school kids. It was like being in a school dining room just a cacophony of noise, and a free for all when trying to get your food.||Food quality/standard really low . Cold veg cooked to the point of disintegration||Could not get any channels on the tv, asked at reception they said it would be sorted next day. It never got sorted out and we gave up. Couldn't be bothered to ask again. ||When eating there is a massive urgency to get your plates and utensils as soon as you have had the last mouthful. ||They seem to be tyring to cut cost on everything to the detriment of the customer.| |I asked by email about a transfer from the port to the hotel, didn't get back to me, after four days i emailed again, they came back a week later with their approved transfer supplier. |I emailed them 4 days before we arrived they never got back to me, and we ended up walking from the port to the hotel.||The beach bar never looks open and closes at 6pm, where all other bars along the beach are open till 9 or 10, even though all the other bars along the beach were busy. Every night there were between 10 to 20 people sat outside the but could not get a drink as it was closed.|Two years previous they did food at the beach bar, but no longer do it.||None of the sunbeds are put out so only the concrete walkway to sit on. Have asked but as usual nothing sorted, so gave up again.||At breakfast:|No orange juice for last 4 days |No coffee machines available, where previously there were, and now if you want a cappuccino etc you need to order and pay extra for it.||They just seem like they are cutting everything to the bone to the detriment of the customer. It's in a great setting and the staff are doing their best but whoever has taken over are very short sighted and have lost at least two future customers over the cost of a glass of water.

Bili smo 5 dana u hotelu/ velaris smješteni u paviljonu na samom moru, priroda je fantastična kao i sam okoliš ,hrana u restoranu solidna jedino je svaki dan isto, paviljon je za obnoviti jer tu nije dugo ništa ulagano itd itd..Ali nas je to zadovoljio jer smo znali šta bi mogli očekivati, osoblje je ljubazno a djelatnici u restoranu koji su stranci morali bi osnovno znati sta se tiče Hrvatskog jezika, lijepo mjesto za preporuku.

My wife ,Tami and I just had our 20th wedding anniversary on May 20, a couple of weeks before, I had contacted staff to see how they could surprise my wife, well they exceeded expectations, by having cake, a bottle of champagne, and personal anniversary cards from the staff, Tami was surprised and completely blown away|, wonderful job! Staff was very friendly and professional, we felt like part of the family! Hotel was nice and clean and clearly exceeded our expectations. Thank you Aminess!!!

Belle hôtel la chambre est satisfaisante meme si nous n'avions pas de bouteille deau nis mini bar a disposition, celle ci reste quand même propres. Le personnels très professionnel. Le seule problème reste la restauration on a loger en demi pension le buffet proposé est pas varié la qualité reste à désiré et le plus étonnant nous n'avions même pas droit à une carafe d'eau sans que celle ci sois facturer. Ils ce rattrapent avec le petit déjeuner celui ci est satisfaisant et très varié salé et Sucrée.

J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, l’accueil, le charme, et la beauté de l’endroit font que l’on passe que de bons moments. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Nous avions vu sur la piscine. Nous sommes à 15min du centre de Supetar et cela se fait très facilement. Le restaurant est très bon, bon produits, et le personnel est très gentil et très accueillant, toujours un petit mot gentil. Mention spécial pour le pizzaiolo du restaurant qui nous a fait des pizzas à emporter, elle était excellentes. Je recommande ++ Petit plus : le bar de la plage était encore fermé

Arrived on Saturday for a 3 night stay and our room was #217 top floor in the corner and the sun being on the balcony when we came up from the pool . Room and bathroom very large and clean for a superior room . Pool area was clean and towels got from reception , it is still out of season too so it’s quiet no beach bar or wellness centre open till later in month . It is a 15 min stroll into the town / port area and lots of places to eat and drink and the ferry terminal to Split . Also you can get the bus around the island or a private taxi guided tour for the day . The gardens are green and tidy and a small gym and tennis court . Most beaches are pebbles in Croatia so don’t come to expect sand . Lucia the reception and other members were very helpful and so was Boris in the bar lovely guy . Would recommend this hotel for a short break away .
