Boravili smo u hotelu Jakov od 1.7. do 5.7. i jako nam se svidjelo!! Na ulazu nas je odma docekalo vrlo ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje (recepcioneri i bellboyi), check in je bio brz i bezbolan isto kao i check out. Sve informacije su nam priopcili na check inu, a ako nam je ista bilo potrebno, osoblje je bilo i vise nego spremno da nam pomogne :) Sobe su ciste i uredne, cistacice pristojne i brze. Nemamo niti jednog prigovora! Hrana na dorucku i veceri je bila raznolika i ukusna, te su programi za djecu bili "broj jedan" naseg boravka. Programi su zanimljivi i dobro organizirani. Definitivno se vracamo i iduce ljeto!!!!

Perfect Family Experience! I stayed at Hotel Jakov with my wife and kids and had a wonderful vacation! The hotel is truly excellent – the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is varied and very tasty. What especially delighted our children were the activities organized by the animation team – they particularly enjoyed the treasure hunt and the pool games during the day. I would especially like to praise Adnana and Anes from the animation team, who made our stay even better with their effort, positive energy, and great approach to kids. Our children absolutely loved them! All in all, a fantastic experience that we will definitely repeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family holiday

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Jakov. The people have been incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was really great, clean and big. The location was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, and the coffee was surprisingly good! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

War die letzten drei Jahre hier und dieses Jahr wurden wir enttäuscht leider. Vom Service bis zum Essen war nicht so toll. Die hatten immer tollen Kuchen gehabt abends beim Essen und diesmal war es nur kleine Stückchen und vom Geschmack auch nicht wie sonst. Auch gab es immer wieder Verletzte im Pool weil die Kinder alle rein springen und sich gegenseitig anspringen dabei. Das Personal sieht es lässt es aber zu, obwohl es verboten ist. Klimaanlagen funktioniert aber pfeift dabei leider. Gerade Nachts sehr störend. Das Abend Programm ist leider viel weniger geworden, für ältere fast garnix mehr und für Kinder sehr schlecht geworden. Jedes Jahr immer weniger und man weiß nicht was man hier machen soll außer spazieren. Der Aquapark ist auch viel zu teuer dafür was die bieten und drinnen sind die Preise echt teuer für Essen und trinken. Schade wir werde nicht nochmal wieder kommen.

Hôtel très bien organisé, avec du personnel sympathique et souriant. Chambres grandes et propres, même si les moquettes sont un peu désuètes. Tout le complexe hôtelier avec ses plages très propres, ses installations (place de jeux, parc gonflable sur l'eau, village dalmatien et parc aquatique) ont fait le bonheur de notre famille. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner étaient très bon, avec beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant Bongo juste à côté de la plage était très bon également, tout comme le resto gastronomique du village dalmatien.|Un petit bémol pour l'absence de café au buffet du soir et le fait de devoir payer bcp de choses sur place même en tant que clients de l'hôtel (transats par exemple).|Mais chaudement recommandé par nous !!

Great rooms, friendly staff, excellent outside pool area but VERY disapointing food.||Specially at dinner time.||We have 3 kids and one is a very picky eater so we are very used to the need to figure out what we can do to make life easyer for her but on this vacation all 3 dont like the food...and we parents arent impressed either.||We are staying here right now, we are 4 nights in and have 5 more to go and we basicly have decided to go out to dinner for the rest of the trip to boost morale.||We have given up.||The kids dont even like the margarita pizza...||For the price we are paying I expected a lot more.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Service – aber deutlich zu teuer und organisatorisch ausbaufähig Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand und das klare, einladende Meer – perfekt für Spaziergänge und Erholung. Auch das Frühstück überzeugt: vielseitig, frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders positiv fiel mir auf, dass im Eingangsbereich jederzeit frische Äpfel sowie ein Behälter mit gekühltem Zitronenwasser zur freien Entnahme bereitstehen – eine kleine Geste mit großem Effekt. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und total kinderfreundlich. Leider gibt es auch einige negative Punkte: Die Zimmer sind kleiner als erwartet, mit sehr begrenztem Stauraum für Koffer und Kleidung. Die Preise sind insgesamt überzogen: 0,25 l Saft für €5,- Espresso €3,50 Aperol €11,- Strandliegen kosten €10,- pro Liege, was zusätzlich zu den hohen Zimmerpreisen nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Hotelgäste müssen für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz €12,- pro Tag bezahlen – das sollte bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie inklusive sein. Im Frühstücksraum stehen bei hohem Gästeaufkommen nur zwei Getränkespender zur Verfügung – hier bilden sich regelmäßig lange Warteschlangen. Zwar gibt es einen sehr schönen Gamingraum für ältere Kinder, was grundsätzlich eine tolle Idee ist, jedoch hat man kaum eine Chance, dort hineinzugelangen, da er fast ständig überfüllt ist. Fazit: Ein stilvolles Hotel mit erstklassigem Service und schöner Lage, das aber beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie bei der Organisation und Ausstattung noch Luft nach oben hat.
