Nettes kleines Apartment mit küchenzeile und Bad, sehr zentral gelegen, Supermärkte und diverse Lokale im der Nähe. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür, unter der Woche kostet es was, am We und an Feiertagen keine Gebühr. Schöne renovierte Räume im Altbau.

Ich bin regelmäßig in dieser Unterkunft und ich kann nur positives berichten. Zimmer sind wunderbar sauber, ruhig und groß. Auch ist die Lage direkt an einem Park und sehr zentral, Lokale zum Essen sind 2 min. Um die Ecke.

Puikūs apartamentai, geroje vietoje, šalia gatvelė su kavinėmis ir barais. Atvykus 22 val. radome kur pavalgyti. Galima pasistatyti automobilį vidiniame kieme, kainuoja 10 eur.

Unscrupulous and unreliable. Greg (manager or owner, not sure) assured us on WhatsApp about my booking confirmation but when we reached 4Flats he flatly said our booking was cancelled!! Had spoken with him a few days back and have been constantly communicating on whatsapp with him. He would keep assuring us not to worry, our booking is confirmed and we can pay him at time of check in. Even messaged him the day before and on the afternoon we were to check in, whatsapped to confirm we are on way and would reach in 2 hours ... He confirmed by replying 'no problem' But when we reach, he says our bookings cancelled?!! ||If he had cancelled our booking he could have said it earlier. We could have booked elsewhere, why keep assuring us till the last minute? Was it just some cheap thrill of harassing a foreigner OR he found someone willing to pay more, so he simply cancelled our booking!! This guy is totally unreliable, unprofessional and unscrupulous. Don't trust him (think twice before giving him any advance payment). Maribor has many other options and it's better to pay a bit more then to stay here. Can't comment on his property as we didn't stay but from what we saw, it was very ordinary. Didn't think we missed much. Can imagine a person like this will promise everything but give you nothing. Avoidable place, better to be safe than sorry.

Es liegt sehr zentral, die Zimmer wurden gerade sehr schön renoviert, Essensmeile inkl Frühstücksmöglichkeiten liegt in Laufnähe. Ein Stern Abzug dafür, dass wir die Zimmer leider nicht mit Karte sondern nur bar bezahlen konnten. Ggf ändern sie das aber noch.
