Osebne izkušnje in vrhunske sestavine
Pop’s Place... Enkratna gostilna od leta 2015. V Pop's Place boste uživali v naših svetovno znanih Gurmanskih burgerjih, najboljšem pristnem BBQ-ju na tej strani reke Mississippi, se družili v živahni baru ali si privoščili eno izmed najboljših izbir lokalnih domačih piv povsod. Verjamemo v uporabo najboljših možnih sestavin. Naše lokalno goveje meso s travniki, ki se hranijo z naravno hrano, sušimo do 45 dni in ročno izbiramo najboljše kose za našo lastno mešanico. Naše brioche žemljice so mehke in maslene ter jih pečemo v naši pekarni. Trudimo se, da na lokaciji pripravimo vse svoje premium sestavine. Pop's Place je pravo doživetje, ki ga ne smete zamuditi. Liked their burger, but loved their BBQ ribs! I was really looking forward to my burger after seeing that their menu was mainly hamburgers. Everyone around me also ordered burgers so I thought I was in for a treat. I ordered the California Classic burger and my wife, not being a red meat eater, opted for BBQ pork ribs. Well, the burger was average. Their thousand island dressing was a little too sweet and the brioche bun wasn't very good. The meat itself was dry despite being cooked medium. Maybe it was too lean. I guess I'm just spoiled after growing up in Southern California. However, I was surprised by their ribs. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and their homemade BBQ sauce was nice. The sauce would have been better with a little bit of spice, but it was still pretty darn good. I'm so glad my wife was nice enough to share her dish with me. I would recommend Pop's for the ribs, but not their burgers.

Great food, awesome beer selection from local breweriesas well as worldwide, lovely atmosphere. We chose the place randomly and were very happy with our choice.
