I’ve spent 45 minutes there. We made some care and washing& blowing. It cost me 7300 rs. The lady next to me was vaping. The master didn’t put on any heat protection. And the length of my hair is just to the earlobe. Seems like scam.

Had a wash and blow dry plus treatment. I have to admit they did a good job, but I can’t believe the price has gone up so much since last year. Last year $2400 RSD to $6000 RSD this year.

Result was good - but it is way too overpriced and the pricing is not made transparent to you in the beginning. Usually they tell you: Hey we need this and that product, this will be around €€-€€ are you fine with this? Don't make the same mistake I did and ask in the beginning on how much they want to charge you for colouring! I thought a simple colouring (one colour or toner on my whole hair) would never - and I mean never - exceed 100€ for slightly more than shoulder length hair. They overplayed the current state of my hair and said "they needed complex hair colouring to do this" - of course they don't. My hair is a natural brown colour and I even told them to overcolour my highlights. EVEN IF I bought 4 different packages of high brand colouring it would never result to 8'000 RSD. I also never requested the "opustajuci ritual" - they put you in their salon chair for you to wait for your colour to develop and then they just start a massaging thing and then charge you for it without advance information 😂. But that sort of behaviour is usual for Serbia. Just ask for the price beforehand and you'll be fine :-) I like the colour and the staff is nice to you so this mistake is on me for not thinking a colouring cannot possibly ever be more than 100€ - I had quite the shock when this bill came out.

I had a fantastic experience at this hair salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional – from the moment I walked in, I could tell they truly know their craft. Even though I only went for a blow-dry, I got the impression that they are highly skilled, so much so that I would trust them with other treatments as well, even though I usually don’t like changing hairdressers. And as a proof of their expertise my blow-dry still looks amazing couple of days later. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Managers (or receptionists) are always rude, don't pay any attention to you or roll their eyes if you ask something. If it was possible to buy Keene products somewhere else, I would never come to this place again
