Excellent experience. The ambient is really nice in an old castle. The room is round with windows. We had slow food and the flavours surprised us with every bite. Also wine selection was good and the waiter was knowledgeable. Everything was perfect except the meat in the main dish was a bit chewy. If you lowe slowfood this is a must an certainly one of the best spots in Slovenia. Totally recommend it..

Is it expensive for Slovenian standards? Yes. Is it worth your money? For sure. We had the 5 course tasting menu (53 euro if i remember correctly), which is basically an appetizer, followed by 2 cold starters and 2 warm starters, followed by the main, finishing with the dessert. In the Netherlands they would call this a 7 course menu. Service was great, waiters very friendly. The taste of the dishes is spectacular. Really a tasting sensation. The location is amazing as well, on top of a castle. Would recommend for sure.
