First of... this place is not for people with a tight budget... it is quite expensive but you are paying for a whole experience. The place deserves more than 5 stars. Where to begin... the food is just delicious. You get to discover fresh ingredients in different forms, textures and flavours. Every dish is plated to perfection. Hats off to the chef. The service... again more than just 5 stars. It is attention to details that makes this restaurant stand out. Very friendly waiters that pay attention to when you glasses need to be filled :p they have good recommendations, know what they are serving and know how to guide you throughout your meal. They even provided a bag holder and coat service. One of the best experience I have had so far. To top it all off this restaurant is located in one of the towers of the castle and wherever you are seated, you will get to enjoy a beautiful view. No food pictures since we were too busy eating but would definitelt recommend this place.

I was worried that due to the fabulous location the food will be just ok, but that was not the case. The 7 course tasting menu is on par with Michelin star restaurants, lots of playful and creative flavours and combinations. Great value for money. The sommelier has paired the wines perfectly and was also a pleasant surprise of the evening, finding that tricky balance between professional and friendly perfectly. Book a table in advance.
