A 10 out of 10 experience as you would anticipate from a restaurant of this level. The staff was friendly and made us laugh on several occasions. The tables have a lovely view of the (old) dubrovnik port and you are seated on the city wall whenever the weather allows it. May you experience some rain then 360 also has an amazing indoor area that they only use as backup. However, the sun sets behind the mountain so don’t come here expecting to have a sunset dinner where you can see the sun setting into the ocean.

My wife and I booked here as a treat and something special while in debrovnik. It was very special and we enjoyed our visit. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive staff. This really was the strong point. The ambiance and view from the battlements over the port as the sun went down was wonderful. The food was very good, but not quite as special as we have had in other places of this calibre. Combined with the expensive cost meant the value was perhaps not quite as good as other michilne restaurants we have been to. This could just be a debrovnik thing though, which in general we have found to be expensive. But if you have money burning your pockets to spend on a special dining experience the you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. My Fiancé and I went for our anniversary 2 weeks ago, and we haven't stopped raving about how incredible it was. Our servers were Ante and Ivo (Gusto), and they completely made the experience one we will remember for the rest our lives. We had a breath taking view of the water in Old Town and we ordered the tasting menu to get the full experience. I cannot recommend 360 enough! I would go back to Dubrovnik just to eat there again.

An evening to remember 💛 From the moment we were welcomed until the final goodbye, our visit to Restaurant 360 was nothing short of magical. If you’re anywhere near Dubrovnik, do everything you can to experience this place – it’s truly worth the effort. We were incredibly lucky to be seated at a beautiful, private table overlooking the harbor. The view alone could have made the night, but what followed was something far beyond expectations. The food? Absolutely extraordinary. Every dish delivered fantastic flavors, incredibly beautiful presentation, and perfection in every detail – from the amuse bouche to the very last bite of cheese. You could feel the precision and passion behind every plate. Pure joy. We were four adults, all passionate about food and wine – and this was an experience that delivered on every level. The wine pairings were not only delicious but presented with care and stories that added depth and meaning to every glass. The service was attentive without ever being stiff, and the sommelier was simply outstanding. One of us is gluten intolerant, and the team made sure every detail was thoughtfully handled – it felt natural and generous, not like a special request. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. We didn’t just get served – we were hosted. We were told about the history of the restaurant, the philosophy behind the kitchen, and the passion that drives everything they do. It made the whole evening feel personal and deeply special. A small note: we weren’t able to order the tasting menu because some of us preferred à la carte, and we didn’t quite understand the reason. But honestly, that’s a tiny footnote in an otherwise flawless night. And the only real downside? It ended too soon. (Also, the wind made an appearance – but not even the incredible team at 360 can control the weather 😉) To the entire team: thank you. For the hospitality, the flavor, the heart – we left full in every sense of the word.

Perhaps we came on an off night, but ultimately 360° felt like the Dubrovnik version of fine dining -- that is, overpriced and underdelivered, propped up by the beauty of the setting. This restaurant is in an almost absurdly beautiful place, and its ambience and location are incredibly scenic and deeply romantic; every element of the decor is peerless, and I'm confident that this aspect is what led to its Michelin star; for this price point, the food is putting the "I guess it's fine," in fine dining and the service is poor. The service felt simultaneously rushed and slow, with many elements out of sync (e.g., the sommelier's wine recommendations for a dish generally arrived after the dish had been eaten, which is not usually the preferred order); the food was often beautifully plated, but wasn't particularly memorable. Ultimately I'd recommend a cocktail here to take in the surroundings, but committing to a meal here isn't something I'd steer my friends toward... You have better options.

2025.5.25 ミシュランの星を１つ持っているというレストランの前を通りかかり、翌日21時に予約出来たので訪問 188€のREPUBLIKAのコースを頼みました。 当然ですがどれも手の込んだ綺麗な料理が続き、エンターテイメント性を感じさせるものでした。 料理によってはとても複雑な味の物があり、食べる側にも食の知識が無いと美味しいのかさえ判断が難しい物もありましたが、総合的に星を獲得するのも納得のコースでした。 一点だけ残念というか意外だったのは、コースの間でお皿やシルバーの扱いが少し雑に感じられたことです。それ以外はフレンドリーで愛想も良く、ワインについてもスムーズに提案をしてくれてとても気持ちの良い接客でした。 テラス席で食事をしましたが、この日はとても寒く、ブランケットや暖房を付けてもらいましたが、その分空気が澄んでおり海側の景色も良く最高のロケーションの中で食事ができました。 21時スタートですべて食べ終えたのは０時に近かったのですが、とても満足度の高い時間になりました。

En una palabra "excelente". La comida sensacional, el lugar muy bonito, en la misma muralla de Dubronik. El formato muy inteligente, tienes dos menús, algo menos de 200 euros, y a la carta tienes salle, médium y xl, varia en el número de platos. Fuimos por carta xl. El calamar, y el pescado de plato fuerte, muy buenos. Dar las gracias a Nicole qué nos atendió de forma sensacional. Si puedes, no debes perderte el lugar. Enhorabuena

I think this restaurant holds its own within the Croatian dining scene, but it doesn’t quite measure up to what you’d expect from top-tier restaurants in bigger cities. Overall, it’s prettier than it tastes—great for the vibe and perfect for a date night—but as a one Michelin star spot, the food didn’t fully deliver. I started with the scallop dish and was expecting a fresher flavor. The cream layer was too thick for my taste, though the sauce was enjoyable. For the second course, I had the dumplings—the filling was delicious, but the skin was undercooked and slightly hard. Lastly, I tried the lamb. Although the server mentioned it would be medium rare, it was definitely on the rarer side. Personally, I prefer it more cooked, but the meat was cooked well; I just didn’t love the accompanying sauce. A surprising standout was the potato cappuccino—creative and well executed. The first bao bread was light and fluffy, but all three butters lacked flavor. The sourdough was quite hard. Of the olive oil, one was very heavy, while the lighter option was actually quite nice. They also have an impressive tea selection—the white tea, in particular, was a pleasant surprise.The dessert box was a lovely gesture, but the flavors fell flat, and the opening bite also lacked balance. The presentation is stunning—set on the castle wall overlooking the pier and ocean, the setting is truly breathtaking. The service was exceptional—perfectly timed, attentive, and warm. In the end, while the atmosphere and service were top-notch, the food didn’t quite live up to the price tag.
