My first time in Dubrovnik ended with what was supposed to be a konoba (local restaurant) but instead we were upgraded to this gem of a place. Located on the right of the stairs, just before you enter old town. Service was on point from when you entered till you walked out. Greeted by the chef and waiter's and once seated, we were right in front of the pianist playing the piano with all the good Classics and a sea view. You will have the opportunity to see everything they have from sea on a tray before choosing, (if meat is your choice) you won't be disappointed 😗🤌 I had the tuna tatar for starters followed by fish soup and as main.. veal on the bone. Worth mentioning is that you get a treat from the kitchen before the meal, and ofc they're love squid ink bread with basamico and olive oil. Probably my best meal in Croatia so far. Although it said fine dining, and with the kind of service and setting I'm surprised they're not recommended in the Michelin Guide. Do yourself a favor and book a table❤️

I’ve eaten at countless restaurants over the years, and Posat in Dubrovnik is easily in my Top 3 of all time. The food was outstanding, the service was flawless, and the ambiance was unbeatable—romantic, classy, and unforgettable. I even joked with my fiancée about taking the ring back and reproposing right there! If you’re in Dubrovnik, this place is a must.

It is an absolutely amazing restaurant. The service level is superb! The menu is varied, the wine selection is extensive. The staff is friendly approachable and knowledgeable, Romano did an absolutely phenomenal job with all recommendation. It is a place i recommend and truly enjoyed!

Alors honnêtement au début nous étions un peu déçues car nous n’avons pas pu dîner à l’intérieur dû à une réservation pour un événement d’entreprise, mais au final c’était très bien aussi en terrasse, le service était parfait le personnel étaient aux petits soins, amuses bouches et champagne offert c’est génial. Concernant les plats nous avons toutes les deux A-DO-RÉ c’était parfait, de très bonnes saveurs vraiment top, et les dessert encore une fois parfait. Un grand merci au personnel et Maro qui s’est occupé de nous toute la soirée et qui a en plus parlé français ahah ! Je recommande vivement le restaurant si vous êtes de passage à Dubrovnik

Nice place, good ambience and efficient service. Only disappointment was they served vegetarian and the non vegetarian dishes together in the same platter / bowl. However they changed it on particular request. Salad was well presented. The ravioli was good. Soup was not great. Desserts were awesome. Good thing is it’s right next to the Pile gate on the old city.

Ma sto reci o jednom takvom restoranu nego da je sve na vrhunskom nivou. Najprije sami polozaj, pa uredjenost, da o strucnosti i ljubaznosti osoblja ne govorimo. Ma sve perfektno, a hrana na jednom posebnom nivou, reci cu umjetnickom sto se tice izgleda dok okusima mora ispuniti ocekivanja i najzahtijevnijim nepcima. Naravno, bit ce i dezurnih gundjala, ali meni je sve top. Hvala.
