Working Hours
The Spa Center is open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, allowing you to indulge in our facilities at your convenience. Please note that children under 14 are not permitted to use the fitness and spa facilities unless accompanied by an adult (18+).

Kao redovan gost ovog spa centra, koristio sam usluge kad god bih uspeo da nađem vremena. Nažalost, kvalitet je u poslednje vreme u ozbiljnom padu, dok su cene sve više. Đakuzi nije radio, a na moju primedbu osoblju, samo su rekli da će “videti”, ali ništa se nije desilo. U turskom kupatilu je bio neprijatan miris, podsećao je na urin – što je neprihvatljivo za prostor koji bi trebalo da bude besprekoran. U prostoriji s ledom posle saune nema peškirića, što je osnovni standard. Najveći problem bio je ulazak gostiju u civilu kroz terasu direktno u relax zonu, sa sve decom koja su trčala i igrala se po bašti kao da je igralište. To potpuno narušava atmosferu mira i relaksacije koju spa centar treba da pruža. Spa ima potencijal, ali se očigledno ne ulaže u održavanje i kontrolu. Ako se već naplaćuju premium cene, onda treba i da usluga bude na tom nivou.

Amo frequentare le SPA dei grandi alberghi, terme e saune a me vicine non hanno molti segreti da nascondermi... Spesso in ambienti come questo si assiste a dettagli non all'altezza della notorietà del Metropol di Belgrado. Ma qui NO! Piscina, idromassaggio, palestra, corsi di pilates (bravo: istruttore Aleksander🏋♂️) e altri più "aerobici", bagno turco🧖♀️, sala spugnature di ghiaccio, docce sono tutte attrezzature ampiamente soddisfacenti. Prodotti di bellezza Clarins a disposizione. Encomio al personale di Reception🥇 Veniamo ai punti deboli: gli armadietti a combinazione sono vecchi e molti sono fuori uso purtroppo spesso. Ogni tanto un pò troppo bagnato in giro e accappatoi un po logori. Ma è pur vero che le spugne sono italiane e di vero cotone ed è normale faccia così dopo 2 lavaggi. Sala relax molto carina ma andrebbe variato lo spuntino: non solo mele verdi tutto l'anno! Mettere un pò di frutta secca e stagionale sarebbe ideale. Tavolo per caffè e tisane invece è ben rifornito e pulito. Nel complesso 4 stelle (che con poche attenzioni in più può arrivare a 5 tranquillamente). Aggiornamento primi di marzo 2025: tutto il personale di Reception è gentile e sorridente ma il Sig. NIKOLA HA PROPRIO UNA MARCIA IN PIÙ: è attento, premuroso, parla un inglese perfetto, mi piace tantissim❤️
