Better than many places in the centre, or elsewhere in Croatia at all. Fresh bread with good olive oil to go with the drinks, and great mains. We had the burger, flank steak, salmon pasta and bolognaise and all were quite a bit better than stuff we had in Istria and Pag.
Service was friendly and quick, atmosphere good. Slightly more expensive, maybe, but well worth it. Recommended!!

I honestly don’t know if the previous reviews were fake. I came here after reading them, expecting a good breakfast, and service. The service was good, people were nice. One of the servers, Karla, kept asking for us to pay within 10 minutes of getting there. The food was pretty basic, and dry. The bread tasted like they’re old. The warm foods were not very tasty. Idk… it felt like waste of 20 euros per person. Nothing was good. Not a great experience. I’d recommend going some place else.

Stayed at the Canopy a couple of nights and was provided an opportunity to eat at the ReUnion. Our first night dinner was not on par with many other restaurants in the northern side of town. My wife ordered and sea bass and I ordered the ribeye steak. For starter we tried the tuna tartar. As the only customer at 6pm, we figured most people here eat much later. The tuna tartar was like a filling in a canoli. It was nice but the tuna was a bit on the warm side. It’s bit concerning but we were ok. When our dish arrived and presentation was lacking. The fish appears to be a thin fillet, just not sea bass. The skin on the fillet was also super salty with cracked salt. My ribeye, which I requested to be medium rare was disappointing. It was rare, so I asked them to heat it 3 minutes longer. The temperature of medium rare should be 125-130F. This appears to be 110-120F.
The rare steak which was also season with cracked salt was tough. When they returned with my medium rare, it was cooked better, just had to wait another 5 minutes to let it rest and finish cooking leaving a thin layer a rare meat in the middle. It did noting to reduce the toughness of the meat. I cooked many ribeye myself to perfection and tenderness. Maybe the cut and quality is on par with choice and not prime.
Probably the worse part was when my wife mentioned to the waitress about the salty fish, her demeanor and response was unapologetic and just brushed it off. I would say it’s the fault of management and lack of training.
