The informations given by the office aren't accurate. The Koper Card is not well explained to businesses and is not profitable unless you do shopping.

Very helpful staff. Great tour of the Praetorian Palace. You can even rent bikes from 9 to 15 euro if you want to cycle to Izola or Piran.
