Un bar che si merita 5 stelle per l'accoglienza e la qualità del cibo offerto. Caffè buonissimo, (degno dei migliori bar italiani), krapfen alla marmellata da urlo e borek al formaggio delizioso, tanto che dopo averlo provato per la prima colazione ne ho chiesto uno da portare via per il viaggio.

Bello l'ambiente, buono il cappuccino, krapfen leggeri e molto grandi; Cappuccino e krapfen 4€ un pò piu alto della media come prezzo, ma considerando il tutto ci stá. Consigliato. Personale gentile e rapido nel servire.

Nice atmosphere and waiters as well. There are actually smiling faces (which is surprising in Slovenia) The Julius Meinl coffee is not the best one, but again… for Slovenia is great. I recommend to take cappuccino if is it for a breakfast. The taste of “donut” was great. Not very sweet and fatty which is good in my opinion. It reminds me a homemade one. The filling was a little bit artificial, but still tasty. It’s a nice spot to take a break and also not so crowded because it’s a bit outside of city center heart. I was tired of all the tourist places in center. Here I got what I was looking for.

We showed up Sunday morning around 9 am and got a table outside under the sun. The server was very friendly and helpful with deciding what to have. We had a cappuccino, fresh squeezed OJ and a big fluffy donut that was in the window. She also informed us that fresh baked croissants would be out of the oven in 15 mins so we waited for those as well. So glad we did because they were fluffy and crispy and so delicious. A great place to sit, people watch and enjoy a drink and snack.

From the location, you'd expect a lot of tourists and high prices, but the place was full of locals and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and speaks good english!
