Weird place. The menu outside does not match what they actually have. We didn't want was on menu inside. Ordered fries and wine. Fries cold. Wine good. Waaayyy different. The staff were polite and pleasant. Unsure what's happening here. Bait n switch

Absolutely not atmospheric place. The bar staff weren't trained properly again. I asked for a bottle of beer and the waiter brought a bottle that was already open. I asked him to bring a closed bottle and open it in front of me, but he brought the same bottle that was already open. He just took the can off and served it to me, looking angry. Please train your staff! The bottles should always be open in front of the client, not somewhere else!!! There is no view - you look at the sunbeds and people taking ☀️ I gave this place three chances to improve their review. First, we were waiting for a waiter for over 30 minutes, and when he finally arrived, he told us that the kitchen was closed. So, he didn't come earlier because he was waiting for the kitchen to close? The second time, it was a lady who was the best employee in the place. The third time, I described the experience earlier. Also, there's smoking everywhere, which is unfair on children and non-smokers.

What a disappointment. I was very excited to stay at this hotel, but the rude and unprofessional behavior of some staff completely ruined the experience. One staff member stood out in particular – a bartender at the beach bar, around 6 feet tall with a sleeve tattoo on his left arm. As I was approaching to order, he started making extremely rude comments in Croatian about the physical appearance of my friend and me. I am a native Croatian speaker, so I understood every word. When I told him to stop, he turned away and continued making insulting comments to other guests, who luckily (or unfortunately) didn’t understand what he was saying as they were Dutch and British. I have never witnessed such disgusting and unprofessional behavior, let alone at a place that markets itself as “luxury.” This was truly disappointing and unacceptable.

Sehr netter Service, aber keines der Gerichte, die wir probiert haben, war gut. Besonders die Pommes sind echt mies, auch der Burger nicht zu empfehlen.

Amazing place! The atmosphere is very pleasant — cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. The service was excellent: the staff were polite, attentive, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this restaurant to others!

Nie wiem skąd tak niska średnia ocena tego lokalu. Jedzenie przepyszne, jedliśmy cevapcici, fish and chips oraz tiramisu. Obsługa uprzejma i szybko uwijająca się. Przyjemny klimat ze spokojną muzyką. Zdecydowanie warto tu przyjść.

We went here to eat dinner, having seen the menu earlier in the day. Sadly, the menu on display is unclear. It displays the full menu, but it's difficult to spot that there is a separate lunch and dinner menu. One flows into the other without much differentiation. As soon as I mentioned this, the waiter knew the issue. Clearly, this has happened before. Not much here for vegans.

Ordered a prosecco and was given what I and the waiter thought was a white wine. Turned out to be the flattest prosecco with literally not one bubble. Would be an such an issue but waited almost 20 mins and was charge 8 euro.

Food is ok, but service was very slow. We had wait for 10+ minutes to get menus, then for a long time that our orders were taken. A bit too expensive considering the level. Nice view to the sea.
