Úplne v pohode prevádzka pumpy, ktorá aj napriek svojmu vyťaženiu dokáže perfektne a plynulo fungovať. Napriek tomu, že tu bolo kopec ľudí, pokladníci mali svoj systém a vedeli pracovať a vyzerali, že ani neboli nejak pod vplyvom stresu, s čím som sa stretol len málokedy. Jediný mínus je asi nedostatok záchodov, obzvlášť u žien, lebo tam bola strašne dlhá rada, za to u mužov pohodička.

Been there on 2023/03/29 - service was very unfriendly. When I wanted to use the voucher my girlfriend and I got when using the toilet the cashier said it's written, that you can only use one voucher per purchase. I claimed that it's not written outside at the info (see picture) but he insisted that it's written there and ignored to scan the other voucher. In my opinion that's a bad habit of making business and I guess they really can spare the .5€ but in a bigger scale they make a lot of money this way and that is the reason why they ignore their own terms. The toilets were okayish, not the cleanest as there was still lots of urine on the floor but I guess that's what you pay .5€ for. I don't know what is written in Slovakian but neither in English nor in German it's written that you can only use one voucher per purchase. Even the information in English and in German differ. I'd suggest to get a better translator or accept the fact that you have written terms that allow guests to use more than one voucher. Just as a proof that we REALLY have been there I added a photo of the invoice and another voucher.
