Originally a picnic area for the hotel company "Imperial," Restaurant Frkanj has transformed into a beloved spot for visitors from around the world. While the restaurant serves delicious meals, it also offers an inviting atmosphere where guests can unwind from breakfast until dinner. Our focus is on serving a delightful array of meat and fish dishes, all prepared using fresh, home-grown vegetables.

Sehr feines Lokal in einer idyllischen kleinen Bucht, noch nicht sehr überlaufen. Gute Küche, freundliche Bedienung, neben der fixen Speisekarte gibt es täglich wechselnde Angebote lokaler kulinarischer Köstlichkeiten… auch für einen Sundowner sehr zu empfehlen!

Nice, relaxed place for grabbing a cold beer. Coffee wasn't the best I have, but that is Croatian tradition 😀. We had grilled squid and octopus salad - not recommended. There were daly dishes which could be better option.

Wunderschönen gelegen, direkt am Meer. Sehr freundliche, prompte Bedienung mit guten deutsch Kenntnissen. Das Essen ist sehr gut, deutlich besser als man es am Strand erwarten kann. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer, gibt genügend Schatten für die Vierbeiner. Donnerstag Mittag gibt es Spanferkel, frisch vom Grill. Nicht typisch Kroatisch, aber ein schönes Event. Da sollte man aber reservieren, da es kein Geheimtipp mehr ist. Eine Reise auf die Insel Rab, ohne einem Besuch bei Alexander, ist für uns nicht mehr vorstellbar.
