We spent 300€ on a lunch at this place. The burger buns were so dry that they started cracking, tuna steaks completely overcooked and service was non-existent. If you want to have a pleasant experience make sure to wear your polo shirts and Hermes slippers, otherwise you‘ll get the bare minimum for the price of premium.

This is perhaps the only time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review. The service at this place is incredibly unwelcoming. If you’re staying at the hotel, don’t even bother heading down to the beach. The sunbeds are either given away early in the morning to non-hotel guests (who aren’t paying) or prioritized for those paying exorbitant prices for subpar service. Hotel guests are left to figure things out on their own, with no assistance or care about whether any sunbeds are even left—yes, even as early as 9:50 a.m., despite the sunbeds supposedly opening at 9:00 a.m. Even after clearly stating I was a hotel guest and providing my room number, I was told multiple times by the beach staff to leave, and a “reserved” sign was placed on the table next to my sunbed. Unfortunately, I’m not alone in this experience. I’ve heard multiple tourists complaining about the poor service. Ordering anything on the beach requires hunting down a waiter (they seem to be understaffed), and even then, you often have to remind them two or three times before receiving your overpriced order.

We came here from Czechia and they told us they don’t have space. We’re hotel guests but still they don’t care. There are no sunbeds, no tables and the staff is overworked. Horrible atmosphere not worth the money

I ordered a steak sandwich, it took over an hour and was delivered with no cutlery or napkins. The sandwich was very disappointing and both the sandwich and fries were cold.
Everything is extremely overpriced for what it was.

La experiencia en Mistral Beach Club fue una auténtica decepción. Las camareras fueron muy simpáticas y profesionales, especialmente una chica que hablaba español y otra de rizos que nos atendió de maravilla. Pero todo se arruinó por un camarero absolutamente desagradable: alto, rapado, ojos claros. Un auténtico maleducado.
Después de haber pagado toda la cuenta del restaurante, incluidas las copas, este camarero nos acusó de no haber pagado un mojito, que sí habíamos pagado, y se burló de nosotros en la cara, con una actitud chulesca, provocadora e irrespetuosa. Intentaron cobrarnos algo dos veces, como si no fuéramos a pagar una copa después de haber pagado toda la comida, hamacas y copas.
Por culpa de este individuo, no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos a nadie. El trato fue vergonzoso. Si tienen algo de respeto por la experiencia del cliente, deberían reconsiderar seriamente tener a alguien así trabajando de cara al público.
The experience at Mistral Beach Club was an absolute disappointment. The waitresses were very friendly and professional, especially one who spoke Spanish and another with curly hair who served us wonderfully. But everything was ruined by one absolutely unpleasant waiter: tall, shaved head, light eyes. A truly rude person.
After having paid the entire bill at the restaurant, including the drinks, this waiter accused us of not paying for a mojito — which we had paid for — and mocked us to our faces, with an arrogant, provocative, and disrespectful attitude. They tried to charge us twice, as if we weren’t going to pay for a drink after having already paid for all the food, sunbeds, and drinks.
Because of this individual, we won’t come back and we won’t recommend it to anyone. The treatment was shameful. If they have any respect for the customer experience, they should seriously reconsider having someone like that working in direct contact with guests.
Iskustvo u Mistral Beach Clubu bilo je potpuno razočaranje. Mjesto je skupo za kvalitetu koju nudi: hrana je u redu, ali cijene su pretjerane za ono što zapravo jest. Konobarice su bile vrlo ljubazne i profesionalne, posebno jedna koja je govorila španjolski i druga s kovrčavom kosom koja nas je sjajno poslužila. Ali sve je pokvario jedan potpuno neugodan konobar: visok, obrijane glave, svijetlih očiju. Prava nepristojna osoba.
Nakon što smo platili cijeli račun u restoranu, uključujući pića, taj nas je konobar optužio da nismo platili mojito — iako jesmo — i ismijavao nas je u lice, s bahatim, provokativnim i nepoštovanim stavom. Pokušali su nam naplatiti isto piće dva puta, kao da ne bismo platili jedno piće nakon što smo već platili svu hranu, ležaljke i pića.
Zbog tog pojedinca nećemo se vratiti i nećemo preporučiti ovo mjesto nikome. Postupanje je bilo sramotno. Ako im je stalo do iskustva gostiju, trebali bi ozbiljno razmisliti o tome da takva osoba ne bi smjela raditi izravno s klijentima.

Les filles à l’accueil adorable et Faycal 10/10 par contre le service exécrable et faites attention au prix à un moment on a essayé de nous vendre une place à 500 euros qui était au prix de 300 sur leur site , vous voulez commandez vous faites signes 100 fois même un avion vous aurez vu le serveur balayé du regard en esquivant votre regard quand il vient enfin il se trompe sur la commande. Il vous passe des menu ou il manque des pages. (Pour ma part la page des salades choses que je voulais commander de base ) Vous commandez des frites il vous ramène tout sauf les frites, J’avais complètement oublié que j’en avais commandé jusqu’à ce qu’il vienne m’encaisser et que je le remarque sur le ticket je lui demande il souhaite m’encaisser d’abord (pour des frites que je n’ai pas encore reçu) il me les ramène 20 minutes après mon encaissement. Had the worst service ever right from the hostess to our actual server. It is very expensive which makes sense because it’s a beautiful beach club but much of what you pay for is the experience and we paid for the VIP lounger section and we were not treated well. It was sooooo slow (we waited 15 minutes for our server to come and greet us and the people next to us also had the same issue when they arrived, we also over heads another table flagging down another server because service was so scarce and the server replied to them with “I’m not your server” and didn’t help them…)and our server forgot to bring multiple orders (a menu, a cup of ice, more drinks etc.) and the hostess didn’t escort us to our VIP area and came across as snobby and cold (maybe they were just having a bad day but put a bad taste in my mouth right from the get to!). Everyone also said to go for the music but we were in the VIP area and the music wasn’t loud enough. And the food wasn’t all that great- the sushi was so bad (not fresh fish) and the Caesar salad wasn’t anything special whatsoever it was so plain and the chicken was so bland and the burger wasn’t anything to write home about either. DON’T waste your time/money here- my boyfriend and I were so annoyed with paying a high price tag for awful service and bland food but would’ve had no problem paying if we didn’t have such an awful experience.

Spent a day here with our two children aged 8 and 3, staff were excellent finding us a double bed close to the beach end of the club so the children could paddle and be seen easily by us. Lovely comfy bed and a decent parasol for shade and plenty of tables. Food and drinks excellent and the sushi especially good. My 8 year old loved the mocktails. Service was a little slow at times as it was busy but our server Antonio was excellent and did a brilliant job. Overall a very enjoyable day as part of our travels.

Zlatica is the best ever!! In general the service was amazing but Zlatica and her manager are just wow! She is so kind and helped us with everything we needed. Such a sweet person and for 4 days in a row she made sure that we have the best time ever. Although the beach club was full she was always on the look out for us. We got great places every day.
