Prilikom ulaska u autobus, vozač je rekao da staje na Autokomandu, medjutim to ispoštovano nije. Iz nepoznatog razloga, morali smo da stanemo u Aleksinac i da prelazimo u drugi autobus, bez objasnjenja i naravno sa čekanjem.

Nepažljiva kompanija! Htela sam da putujem do posla, bila sam na stanici 15 min ranije, a onda su rekli da je autobus krenuo već pre pola sata. POLA SATA RANIJE nego što piše na njihovom veb-sajtu. Ne znam zašto moraju da voze 130 km/sati između gradova, ali ako im se toliko žuri, trebalo bi da sačekaju objavljeno vreme polaska na stanici. Dok ih neko ne tuži... Zvali smo centar i rekli su da nemaju pojma gde su im autobusi (Kanjiža-Novi Sad). To govore sve. U drugim slučajevima, autobus na ovoj liniji je već bio pun u nedelju uveče u Adi, i nije pokupio ostale univerzitetske studente sa koferima u drugim gradovima, a nisu čak ni poslali zamenski autobus, iako su znali da na toj liniji u nedelju uveče putuje mnogo ljudi.... Zašto?

Najgora vožnja Beograd - Niš ikada! Autobus jedva izdržao do Aleksinca uz 5-6 stajanja da bi se na kraju skroz pokvario. Niko ne nudi rešenje, nema povraćaja novca za kartu, vozači kažu to vam je što vam je, snalazite se. Dobro pazite da li ćete se voziti s njima!!!

25.06.2025. godine putovala sam iz BG za Kraljevo, inače linija BG-NP. Sramno je što je autobus odličan izgledom, ali bez klime, a temperatura 38C. Vozač korektan, profesionalan, ali nemoćan. U autobusu deca, stariji ljudi...Uslovi putovanja više nego nehumani. Sramno za LASTU, ovo je 21. vek!!! Više ni zimi ne putujem ovim prevoznikom!

The bus was in such a bad shape, it should not be in service- broken seats; loud rumbling engine; seat numbering mismatch that caused confusion and chaos. Some people say they are 20% cheaper than competitors but this was not worth even half price.

Worst and smallest bus i have ever been to. The room beetwen my seat and seat infront was less than 30-35cm. I didnt have any place for my legs. And also, a trip that would usually take 6-7 hours, took us 10 hours. I will never take this bus again. I bought online ticket and it was not suited with the actual number of free seats, they just sell as much as they can to get more money.

Apsolutna sramota za ikada cenjenog prevoznika. (Ne)funkcionisanje na tri vozila uzrokuje otkazivanje 60% polazaka bez ukazivanja na isto unapred. Vozila koja saobraćaju konstantno su u kašnjenju i odlažu mali broj ispoštovanih termina koje neko može imati sreću da pogodi u toku dana! Absolute disgrace for an ever respected company. (Non) operating with three functional vehicles in total causes a cancellation of take offs at 60% without a prior notice. Buses which do operate are constantly running late, further causing delays with a small portion of departures one might catch in a day if lucky! Poor service.
