Ich bin von Wien mit dem FlixBus nach Zagreb gefahren und habe meine Lederjacke im Bus liegen lassen. Mir ist es leider erst sehr viel später aufgefallen und der Bus war schon weg. Am nächsten Tag bin ich zum FlixBus Schalter und mir wurde sehr freundlich und sofort weitergeholfen und am Abend hatte ich meine Jacke wieder. Vielen lieben Dank an die Mitarbeiter vom 13.06.25 für die Unterstützung und die Hilfe beim Finden meiner Lederjacke. 🙏

Žalosno kakva ste sramotna kompanija, a ne preostaje nam puno izbora kad ste zakupili sve poštene linije. Sad se vraćam iz Budimpešte, toliko je naguranih sjedala u busu, u cilju da se primi što više ljudi, da nema uopće prostora za noge a, osim toga, naguravajuci sjedala prekrili ste sve utičnice koje su namijenjene punjenju mobitela, pitam se koliko je to legalno, treba provjeriti. Osim izrazite nelagode zbog manjka prostora, nemam gdje ni uključiti punjač. Sramota za prijevoznika! Još ste usto sakrili ili uklonili customer care service mail na koji su se nekad mogle podnijeti pritužbe.

Very nice place to wait. You have Chargers, tables, sofas, water dispenser for free with hot water also. You can buy some drinks from a machine, and if you need there is a toilet for 0.5eur.

Yesterday I bought a ticket for my mom for today's ride to Split at 14:15. As we were walking towards the bus station and were there half an hour before, I opened an app and saw striked hours and updated to 13:32. We went straight to the Flix INFORMATION CENTER and I started politely as the blonde woman with curly hair said that she has nothing to do with it. I asked her then who has, she said she doesn't know. There goes my nervous breakdown. She didn't even bother to check. Obviously I cursed the hell out of Flix and their employees who are there in info center to help people and obviously don't care. And did you know how hard it is to find the link to write a complainment? To Flix, I live near the bus station and I don't bother go and see everyday is this taken into concern. It is not time consuming or far away. I don't bother same as the employee I talked to. It occured today, on June 1st around 13:50 and I am not even ashamed of my reaction, I genuinely hope that the camera records sound too.

Sto se tice lokala, super je mos se odmorit popit pice, za lokal 5 zvezdica. Sto se tice osoblja, verujem da nisu svi losi i neugodni i da ima ljudi koji posteno obavljaju svoj posa. Moram rec o jednoj zeni sto je vikala na ljude koji su odmarali u prostoriji. To stvarno nije ugodno bilo, zena je bukvalno vristala na putnike, dok su oni odmarali. Jezivo, jutranja smena 31.05. 25.

Uźas pokuśaj te pronaći drugog prevoznika putovao sam iz manhajma za ZG vani je bilo -4 gus nie imao grianje ni wf prilikom promjene busa na auto putu oštećen mi je novi kufer doslovno rasjećen i nie viśe za uporabu s flix bus niste sigurni stari vozni park busevi neispravni nekad su bili OK sad užas sve śto piśu nie istina putovao sam i imam snimke izbjegavaj te da se nebi naśli u nezgodnoj situaciji cjeli bus s kojim sam putovao traźili su povrat novaca i za oštećenu prtljagu nitko niś nie dobio dogodilo se 16 p3 manhajm ZG posjedujem video zapis

Unacceptable behavior by the employee towards people visiting the office. We went to ask about tickets from Zagreb to Ljubljana, and every time we asked a question, the employee sighed with a sarcastic attitude and laughed with her colleague while commenting on us in their own language. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards people who are simply trying to use your service. That said, the trip itself was good overall, and we didn’t experience any further issues.

Unacceptable behavior from front desk staff We had a disappointing experience with a staff member at the front desk on May 25th, 2025, between 9 and 10 a.m. We asked for information on how to travel from Zagreb to Ljubljana, and the employee responded with sarcastic laughter, especially when we asked about pricing. She was also on the phone at the same time and sighed mockingly every time we asked a simple question. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. It’s a shame, because overall we were relatively satisfied with the service, but communication with the staff was quite difficult throughout – especially when we needed help understanding where to go.

Здравствуйте, хочу пожаловать на отвратительный сервис. 27.05.2025 примерно в 20:15 подошла к девушке ,что продаёт билет ,чтобы спросить на какую платформу прибывает мой автобус ,так как я не смогла найти её. В билете было написано 404 ,но вывески 404 не было ,а была лишь 402и 405. Но не в этом суть дела. Девушка была чрезвычайно неприятная и со второй фразы начала на меня повышать голос. А я переспросила потому что она не ответила на мой вопрос . Мой вопрос был где платформа 404 ? На что она мне ответила -404. Когда я постараюсь по другому задать вопрос ,она продолжила разговаривать со мной в неуважительном тоне и повышенным голосом ,так и не ответив на мой вопрос. Считаю такое отношение персонала к клиенту- абсолютно неприемлемым, просто отвратительным. Очень люблю фликсбас и часто им пользуюсь ,но эта девушка на филиале в загребе- огромная ошибка. Очень разочарована. Прошу принять меры. Научить её общаться с людьми. Мне было ужасно неприятно . На мне это оставило большой отпечаток , не могу до сих пор прийти в себя. Чтобы взрослый человек позволил себе кричать на клиента ... а ведь это её работа объяснить и дать информацию! Также я спросила у неё где могу оставить отзыв и жалобу на неё- она мне ответила нигде. И что это она на меня ещё оставит отзыв. Считаю что у фликсбас должна появиться в приложении функция оставлять отзывы о сервисе. Потому что это не первый раз ,когда она мне нужна. Уже случалось ,что водитель курил в автобусе или сидел в телефоне за рулём- и такие вещи просто некуда сообщить. А надо! Такие люди сильно портят имидж компании.

Klosari smrdljivi,cura iz splita ide za Vinkovce 2 kretena su rekli da je 5 kinuta pauze,u Novoj Gradisci su stali cura je izasla na wc,dok se vratila njih nije bilo Bilo joj je receno da ce se vrstiti po nju,na kraju su samo ignorirali pozive i djevojka je morala cekat 4 sata Kod mene su tude stvari jer smo mi dosli po stvari na kolodvor u Vinkovce i dali su nam neseser sa pojacivacem za internet Kada smo dosli na kolodvor na njihovo pitanje kako ste ju mogli ostavit rekli su da ih ne zanima i da je pusila cigaru 10 minuta,a cura inace ne pusi cigare ahahahah Toliko o tome smecari klorasi,na nase pitanje za njihova imena odgovorili su da mi s njihovim imenima nemamo njsta Sram i stid da vas bude bezobraznici bezobrazni Treba vas pretuc sve

I am utterly appalled by the service at the FlixBus Lounge in Zagreb. The two individuals at the reception desk were not only unhelpful but downright rude to every single customer who tried to talk to them, shouting, screaming at clients who cant communicate in English properly with dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy made an already stressful travel experience even worse. It’s baffling how such behavior is tolerated in a customer-facing role in an indurstry that every nationality should be treated with grace and respect. In an age where technology can efficiently handle tasks with consistency and politeness, it’s high time FlixBus reevaluates its staffing choices. Replacing such unprofessional personnel with automated systems would undoubtedly enhance the customer experience. It’s disgraceful that in 2025, travelers are subjected to such subpar human interaction. FlixBus, if you value your customers, immediate action is necessary. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially when seeking assistance.

New, clean ticket office and waiting room with toilets. Note: this station is next to but separate from the city bus station next door. But the Flix buses still arrive and depart from city station. This is a confusing poorly marked place, there is no departure board, no announcements and buses appear to stop in random parts of the station. I ran from bus to bus until I found my bus 2 minutes before departure.
